10/10 for the money, really great driver. The smaller one down is also excellent and grips bits with no wobble at all. The only better holder I've ever used is the Wiha Centrofix which is only just slightly better but multiples in price!

I have this one and the smaller version. I found them to be adequate but nothing to write home about. I do like the lock up, really secure holding the bit with little wiggle. I don't think I ever used anything but 1/4 inch bits in it.

Yes i saw they also had the smaller one but I didn't get that in case it felt like a kids toy in my hand. How do you rate their stuff compared to Wiha, Wera and so on?

Bought and returned this a while back, bits had quite a bit of slip when inserted

Thanks for this info I'm surprised as mine is nice. Do you think this is because one bb in the bit holder isn't enough or just not well made?

Mine is rough and doesn't hold anything 😤

The magnet is to help hold the Japanese 13mm double ended bits.

Didn't know that cheers. I was wondering for so long!

the magnet stops the bit falling out when you open the chuck

Just curious have you tried the VESSEL Ball Grip (Bit-replaceable Tang-Thru Screwdriver) drivers from Japan.

I've seen them in bags but hot grabbed one and had a go. I've got one on order though for testing as i hear they make high quality stuff.

I have the compact Wera... made in Germany! Hoe do you rate the Wera, Wiha, & Hazet?

Nice i like my Wra stuff. Ok so here is what i think and its only my opinion: Wera Hazet and Wiha are all extremely good and i often use them at work, if they were crap there is no way i would put up with them and in the bin they would go. In order of how much i like them in my top 5 here is my list with 1 being the absolute best (Bear in mind I'm new to Hazet so I'm only basing this one one item from them) 1 PB Swiss Tools 2 Wiha 3 Wera 4 Hazet 5 Vessel or other im not sure yet Just my opinion from home and work endless use of them all. I'm very interested in seeing what your list would be like though. For me the Wiha bits are slightly better then were although were are great and I especially like the diamond coated were i use them a lot at work.

😆 I hope not! But I can't fault it for how it feels. 😄

I don't know if this particular tool is, but 70+% of everything Hazet makes is actually manufactured in Germany. They got 3 factories in Remscheid.

@@BurningBroadcast Thanks for this I tried for a while to work out the origin of the tool. I should have insisted on a retail package instead of this plastic sleeve maybe but it does have that address on it. So far still working great but then that doesn't mean it's 100% German made it just feels like it so far. Are their spanners stamped made in Germany?
