1. Batting cages, you can’t go wrong with sitting in the cage for a half hour, if you really don’t feel confident. Try home run derby, after that do cage with ball type and strikezone, then try no strikezone and ball type shown, then do it with no strikezone or pitch hint. This takes time and can’t be done with just 1 by session but as you build your eye also add wind and timing to it
