James, your presentation on youtube is immensely insightful and useful for us starting on this LIPD journey. I am working with a couple of likeminded prof in Australia to kickstart this LIPD here. Wonder if I can refer to or add links to your website and youtube, in some of my update and posting on Lean Construction ANZ.
