The Little North Pole is back this year for another fun holiday! With its grand opening celebration on Sunday, December 5, Joe Moore’s famous Little North Pole will continue one of the Rockaways’ most popular holiday traditions for another year and hopefully raise more money to help find a cure for the disease. Since the first lights came on, Little North Pole has been in operation for over two and a half years, has raised over $2 million for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and brought smiles to countless people, children and adults. Every December, you travel from far and wide to see the lights and sights that adorn Mure’s front yard.
