This is a video of fixing the right bud that is not connecting in our mobile. Both buds are attempting to be a master bud. In this video I will show you how to DIY fix your connectivity- Right bud will be the master and left bud will be the slave. Hope this video can help you. Cheers!

Muchas gracias. Me estaba volviendo loco, y a punto de tirar los auriculares, solo podía oír uno cada vez, nunca los dos a la vez. Con tu explicación y sin saber inglés, solo viendo la imagen y siguiendo los pasos he conseguido que funcionen los dos auriculares en estéreo. Gracias

thank you, i was raging out in the gym locker room many times because of all of a sudden they decide they dont wanna pair. These are the most unreliable earphones ive ever had, even tho they were cheap and are comfortable for sports, i regret buying them

These earbuds T17, is a sports type which doesn't focused in the bass quality, It will focus in the environment so that the buds user for safety when jogging in the street. T17 is good in a quiet environment with devices which supports aptx. The bluetooth can be use as master and slave switch, if both will be master switch, it can be adjusted in this DIY fix. Because this is a higher level of water resistant which is IPX7, they are a bit pricey compare to the other HAYLOU water resistant level. I can recommend the T16 with ANC that has good bass sound quality.

I need to repair 4 times already... I think im doing something wrong that its messing up. When I quit using what should I do? Turn off bluetooth and after that turn off the ear buds? Or turn off the ear buds first and after turn off bluetooth? I believe is something related to that

@@yingNewton now it's working again but this time was really difficult to repair it took too long...the right bud always works, my problem is with the left bud

It didn't work... My device refuses to pairing both sides, or I hear the right, or the left. The phone displays message that pin number is incorrect, but gives no possibility to change any pin number. :(

@@yingNewton i did try to change the touch controls to volume up/down instead of play/pause. It worked to some extent but I still can't control the actual volume through my phone. Are you perhaps on Instagram so i can send voice notes? It would be easier for me to explain

For the tree yearw ive had tgese headphones, i have done this at lwast 5 times each year. These earbuds are the biggest mistake ever created and bought.
