This is a DIY fix of right earbuds with your Haylou X1. If you've thrown your manual and probably first time buying Haylou earbuds, this video can help you factory reset your earbud. In this video I will show you on how to unpair first from your mobile device then do the factory reset while in the case. If your battery case is broke then you can use the case of Haylou W1 for reset as it has same battery case design and the earbuds of X1 will fit. Hope this video can you help you. Cheers!

Same, after reading the manual I thought I'm supposed to reset the earbuds OUTSIDE of the case then put them back in.

Hi. I have the same problem with the x1 pro. It appears as two seperate devices. Tried to sync both left and the right buds. But didnt work. Could you please help me.

Same problem here. I tried resetting it multiple times, and unpairing it with my phone. But still, the two don't pair to each other

hi! my haylou w1 right bud stopped working today. it turns on and then also turns off after 5 seconds. Even when placed in the case, it will turn on and then turn off after 5s then repeat until the battery case is also empty. what do you think could be the problem? the left bud is working perfectly fine. thanks

Hello. I also have a problem regarding my QCY T4S. The right earbud is not charging, but I could still use both of my earbuds. I'm a little worried that it might not work at all. Thanks. 😕

Yes it has dual connection with independent Bluetooth, you can still use the other bud. The right earbud must charge before use.

I did the factory reset a few times on my haylou X1 but they still apears as two different earbuds when im going to connect to them on the bluetooth section of my phone, they dont seem to sincronize with one another =( any other tip?

@@yingNewton already did that but still my right earbud blinking fast. Usually when earbuds were inserted in the case, the light would turn to red. However, only my left side turn to red and the right side blinking fast.

my Haylou w1 stopped working right side today suddenly. And even if I try to reset to factory defaults the right side doesn't show any signs of life, just the left that works perfectly.

@@samwell-21 resetei como mostra no vídeo, em seguida deixei fora da Case por um 20 minutos, porém sempre olhando,pois eles desligam automaticamente se ficar muito tempo sem conectar com um dispositivo, depois disso eles funcionam normalmente.

@@alexandremackilare5130 o problema do meu é que o do lado direito simplismente não da sinal nenhum de vida. Quando eu faço o reset o da esquerda pisca e tudo mais e o da direita não acontece nada. Por isso o reset não funciona nele.
