(HD) Early February 2023 Norfolk Southern and CSX action 

February 2023 has certainly been eventful as far as railroading in Northeast Ohio goes. The most notable story is the now internationally-covered derailment of NS train 32N in downtown East Palestine, Ohio on the NS Fort Wayne Line between Alliance, Ohio and Conway, Pennsylvania. Many cars derailed and caught fire, and vinyl chloride was released into the atmosphere causing an evacuation of the town. Included at the end of this video are some photos (taken by the press) of the wreck at its worst, as well as a couple reroutes coming off the Cleveland Line ("Bayard Line") east of Alliance.
