All graphics cards with lower performance on the gt740 are e-waste and can't run anything. Only gt740 performance above can be regarded as entry-level graphics card
@Agustín Ramon Rodríguez you should get higher fps atleast on +100, tho the fps is low already so its better to test the effect when it has at least 30fps. If you still see no improvement it is not stable
1:25 why the hell do i get 15 fps at those settings my specs are i5 3470k 12gb ddr3 ram 600W psu(dont think it was necassary to add this one but whatever) a dell motherboard(sucks) 500gb hard drive gpu: intel hd 2500
Well, It's hard to explain but I'll try my best, You see an iGPU uses some of your RAM as VRAM, There will be a minimum amount and maximum amount of RAM that can be utilised by the iGPU, For example my Intel HD 3000 has minimum amount of 32MB and a maximum amount of 1664MB, So whenever you run a demanding game, Your iGPU will automatically use up more of your RAM, As a comparison when I play games like NFS UG, My VRAM usage is between 50 - 100MB and when I play more demanding games like DISHONORED it shoots up above 200 and 300MB, But the problem is that it takes time for your iGPU to take in that RAM, That's why you get sudden frame drops when you load into a world in Minecraft with an iGPU and then it runs smooth after a minute or so. So what you can do to fix this is to increase the minimum amount of VRAM from the BIOS, Only a few manufacturers allow this, That way your iGPU will always use a specific amount of RAM as VRAM resulting in better performance and fewer lag spikes. Sorry for my bad English, I hope you understood😌, Another thing is that using Dual Channel RAM instead of Single Channel will speed up performance for integrated GPUs as you get a higher bandwidth, Another thing to note is that RAM is not made for graphical processing, So it won't do as well as an actual dedicated GPU which is made for stuff like that.
@@haze5657 um your english was fine asf the only thing i couldnt understand was the whole paragraph as i am small brain lol anyways ama try the steps thx for the explaining ik i am late but thats coz youtube doesnt notify me about shit and i have to go through my comments history and pick every single one to see if i got a reply anyways thx
hey bro can u pls help me out i have i7 5699u with hd 5500 graphics and 8gb ram both the cpu n gpu are heavily bottlenecked in valo i have 256gb of hdd is it happening coz of less storage ?? i plug the laptop to power supply to ensure maximum performance still it sucks af
i think in this case it could be the GPU, but if it is integrated graphics, and not removable, youre screwed i think the cpu is plenty, but the gpu is not letting it go all the way this is a guess, i am not a profession.
