Something that I seem to recognise when your pass the hatbox ghost you could instantly hear the speakers playing the instrumental music rather loudly to get you in the groove, but it seems really quiet now.
Anyone else thinks Disney and Lego should come up with a Lego version of the outside building with some of the scenes of the ride or they should come up with a Lego version with the house and a layout of the ride with doombuggies and all the scenes?
IT'S RAINING!!!!!! Love the ponchos. Don't think I have ever been to Dland while it was raining. WE did get there AFTER it rained and my friend and I wore flip flops and we were slipping and sliding out of them from the wet floor. LOVE the HatBox Ghost! Welcome home HatBox Ghost!!!! :-D LOVE this ride!
+will & allyce Fun fact. The spider is actually meant to cover up damage to a bit of glass used to get the ghost effect in the ballroom. Someone brought in a low caliber firearm and shot it for a laugh
+games4every1 Really clever of them. It's one big piece of glass that would've had to been lowered from the ceiling. The spider was a cheap, yet effective fix.
Loved this ride but only went on it at Disney World not Disney Land but enjoy your videos ! Love the hallways and Id love to walk down the hallway knock open the doors hug the ghosts !
Is it just me or would it make more sense to have the hatbox ghost inside the attic? Originally it was inside the attic on the right... just like the bride is inside the attic on the left. Seems like having the hatbox ghost outside takes away from the big reveal as you exit the attic of the cemetery and all the ghost projections.
loid lars Maybe him and Connie don't get along ;) Someone on Deviantart came up with a whole backstory a few years ago: even though he wasn't there long, the Hatbox Ghost got very attached to the mansion. So he hates any changes made to it, and especially despises Constance.
My only question about this ride is what will happen when Halloween Christmas come what will they do with the hatbox ghost. Also love your videos you post. They are very sharp and clear and it's like I'm there! Great work
Fun fact. The head busts at the end of the hall after you come off the elevator are actually mannequin heads from the Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln show at Disneyland that were purposely turned inside out because an imagineer of the show learned while working with them that when the mannequin heads were turned inside out the heads appeared to follow you wherever you went.They thought the effect was rather spooky and creepy so they incorporated it into the Haunted Mansion ride. SO COOL! Read it in a "Fun Facts about Disneyland" book at Barnes and Noble. :-D

TheHauntedMansionFan12345 everything in the stretching room is the same as it has been from opening day :) all the different things (including shadows :P) were most likely picked up by my camera :)
LMG Vids Really? it seems a bit longer. Ever since the new additions to the HMH i thought they extended the sequence and lighted it a bit better. and what camera do you use? Is it exspensive?
from what ive seen it looks the same, but maybe youre right :P i use a sony camera and depending how you look at it, it could be very expensive or a very good deal :)

loid lars I can't imagine why he wouldn't be permanent… one of the Imagineers said in an interview that even though the Hatbox Ghost hasn't been in the mansion for 45 years, he's actually one of its most popular characters
And FreshBakedDisney said there were no characters. He's been proven wrong with: Constance, the busts, Hatty, the hitchhiker ghosts, the drunk ghost under the table, the groundskeeper, the dog, Madame Leota, the band, the executioner, the opera singers, the organ player, the headless knight, the mummy, and the rest of the 999 happy haunts! There's also Jack, Zero, Sally, the snake, Oogie Boogie, the pop up toys, lock shock & barrel, the wreath, the snappy plants, the teddy bears throughout the ride, the ice angels, the singing pumpkins, the 999 happy haunts, and of course the Ghost Host.
Jordyn Gowens only if you want to monetize (make money off of the video) you should not do it, otherwise ur perfectly fine :) plus i think the only rides disney copyrights the music on is space mountain, california screamin and soarin over california :)
Brandon Vaquera the hat box ghost was added to disneyland for the 60th and plus he was mainly put back because of fans. unless theres a huge fanbase for the hatbox ghost in disney world, i dont think so :/
LMG Vids That stinks:( Last time I went to Disneyland the ride was closed so I have never gone on the HM. I might go to Florida but I won't get to see hattie
