(Are you one of the poor unfortunate souls who think we've been telling the public that a cloth face mask will protect the wearer like a proper respirator? Because that is NOT the message we've been conveying. Any decently fine simple face mask will incrementally help stop the wearer from spreading germs. THAT's the message. It's better than nothing in a world where (for SOME reason) industry can't seem to provide N95 or P100 masks to everyone. Better still would be for everyone to avoid close contact with each other. THAT's the message! Do you understand?)

But the truth is that SARS-CoV-2 virus causes a disease which for some people is devastating or fatal, and it would take your life or mine, or the lives of our loved ones, and it wouldn't think twice. I've been volunteering as a First Responder for decades, putting my LIFE on the line for anyone in need. That's been my focus and my lifestyle. I'm loathe to just let people stumble along with an insufficient or incorrect understanding of this situation. PLEASE do whatever you can do to stay ahead of this pandemic, and NOT spread it throughout your community.

And, jic, I don't know which way your going on my comment, but, I was just pointing out that the director (Alan Parker) wanted things to look authentic when he was filming the fascist part of the movie, and thought real skinheads playing the role of fascist made alot of sense. While he's not promoting the fascist movement, he just wanted it to look real. In saying that, he regretted doing it, cause as you might expect, he ended up having all kinds of problems with them. And ended up wishing he would've just used regular actors. I also like your screen name, and I realize you yourself probably knew all this information about these scenes in the movie, I'm guessing there's alot of people who may not, and figured kthey may enjoy a little bit of movie trivia. The Wall was a powerful film, but a good amount of the movie depicts tyrants rising to power such as hitler, motivating people to take up arms against their neigbor and fellow man. The Wall was criticizing Hitler and his Nazi party. People might say the same thing about Trump winning the election, but the main difference between the two situations are that the Democrats are the ones rioting not the Republicans.
