this is not full thrust. 85-90% is the usual power setting for take offs. Full thrust is only for emergency situations like go-around (aborted landing) or severe stall recovery.
Hey! I had a short chat with the CPT after the flight. He told me that one of the thrust reversers were broken, so they were forced to give full thrust on the engines in order to reduce V1 speed.

If your pilots really wanted to raise the vspeed they could've set flaps 10. Thats even if they'd operate a passenger flight with a broken thrust reverser
