The Dover tunnel was built by Japanese construction company by huge shield machine.The machine can dig and making wall in same time. And digging machines digged from both side. But final problem was the most important and difficult. It was to connect two tubes under sea. Bottom of Dover is very muddy. So Japanese company made the around of two tubes freeze as well as rock. After the bottom of sea freezed the machine digged and connected two tubes. Now you can pass the tunnel.

Brings back good memories of my childhood growing up in the States, when my parents took me around the country on family trips and such, driving through the vast prairies and the Rocky Mountains on I-80, cruising along Florida's coastlines on I-95, or just simply getting around our hometown back then on a three-digit beltway. not many trafic bcz toll fees very expensive this road. 15km distance, 3000japanese en means around $30 us. so not many people can affoad. also very early morning...
