Here is a compilation of the various trains that traverse the Union Pacific Wilmington Subdivision which runs from West Redondo to Alameda, paralleling the Alameda Corridor. This subdivision runs right along the right-of-way of the Metro Blue Line light rail and is used by the Torrance and El Segundo Locals, the Cabazon-Gardena Rock Train, Baretable trains heading to store cars on the La Habra Sub, and the Dominguez Local up until Artesia station. This subdivision used to be the primary link for UP trains from the Los Angeles Harbor to the outer LA Basin. A wide variety of locomotives are used on this line, which include but are not limited to GP15s, GP38s, GP40s, GP60s, SD70Ms, SD70ACes, ES44ACs, and AC4400CWs. Thanks for watching!
