Transonic’s HD03 Hemodialysis Monitor is a stand-alone device that confirms delivered flow, detects recirculation and measures vascular access flow. The device is easily transportable and the touch screen is simple to disinfect. It can be moved from patient to patient on an IV pole thanks to its rechargeable battery. The HD03 comes with a Patient-less Measurement Module that does not save patient data or a removable Data Transfer Module that records measurements for later analysis.

The access flow measurements are used to trend changes over time and to confirm other clinical indicators, including physical exam indications of dysfunction.
