I am not an subscriber to any of your smallcase but I watch ypur each video and like n Share it and i invest using your teachings i have some questions which i am asking since long time and numbers of questions keep increasing as new qus keep adding to previous unanswered ones. Pls take these qes nahi to add hote hote ye hoga k you have to dedicate whole video for my questions 1. when you talk about market leader, it should be in terms of market cap or growth. 2. Is too much regulation in recent time is reason banking n NBFC stock underperformence. 3. Sir… carrying forward the topic of equity dilution. I believe it can be done by selling existing shares by promoters or by issuance of new shares. In the event of issuance of new shares( lets say 10% new shares for esop) by the company, is the price of the share on the chart automatically gets adjusted the next day? Like if a company is having 100000 shares and each one is trading at rs100 ie mcap is 1cr. If another 10000 shares are issued and nothing else is changing, will price of each share become 90.9 next day on charts? Or will the PE become elevated? Asking this because we dont see the price changing suddenly other than in the instances of ex dividend in market. But issuance of new shares seems like a routine event for companies. Appreciate if you can clarify.

Hello sir! My understanding might be wrong - so please correct me. Technically, someone holding 10 lakh shares of a company can punch a sell order of 10Lakh shares at Lower circuit price assuming the buying isn't absorbed completely, only 1Lakh buyers were available between LTP and Lower circuit price and they all got their orders matched. After that, would the remaining 9L sell order cause it go into Lower circuit breaker? If so, someone who is Short can artificially also cause panic selling right?
