The iPhone 12 supports the (h.265 HLG .mov) format from the mavic 2 pro, it can show the content in 10bit HDR, use a PC or Mac or SD card reader to transfer the original video data directly to your iPhone 12 and enjoy your content.

Tom I will use this technque with my Mavic 2 Pro but I think I can also use it for my mirrorless Sony A7 camera to. On my camera I can make it shot 5 images but there are different options of each exposure to take. These are: 0.3EV to 3.0EV 3 or 5 images. What setting would you choose for sunsets?

So basically I just need to choose AEB and Raw and then start shooting no matter what the lighting conditions are outside? Then I can edit everything in photoshop and bring out all the details?
Great video Tom, but... (there is always a but) you explain HDR in a great way but your video footage is almost bleached out so not quite representative for the content. My suggestion: use HDR for your video footage as well!! 😊 Nevertheless great tutorial!!
Great tutorial. I only have Photoshop Express, so i doubt I’ll be able to do any of this. One hint: You blow out the whites and crush the blacks, not the other way around.
What would be the best setting for panning on the left stick on my Mavic Pro. Can't find the best setting, the same kind of movements you have. Great Video.
After clicking Camera Icon, then clicking Photo, I only have 'Single Shot' Option... nothing else! The other 4 choices are not even there. Thing is it worked earlier today just like you show and I successfulluy did a 3 shot AEB test no problem. But now, those other 4 options only show when the iPhone 8 with IOS 13 & RC, are disconnected from drone. I did a 'Camera Rest" someone mentioned in a forum, but it did not resolve this problem. I have turned off & turned everything back on to no avail. I have version DJI Go App 4.3.38, & am all updated on the Mavic Pro from the DJI Assistant. Please... any ideas??
Often, another way to address HDR, especially with video captures, is to adjust the contrast setting of the camera to a negative value. By decreasing the contrast, you narrow the histogram of the captured image so that you avoid data in the ALL BLACK or ALL WHITE zones. You can then set the black and white points in post processing.
I do a substantial amount of HDR photography and found That using Photomatix Pro (99$ one time cost) to be superior in quality, richer in features and substantially lower in cost than using Photoshop and Lightroom - i strongly recommend for all of you to check it out (it has a trial version)
Why are you using an iPhone and a laptop frame over your screen capture? Its looks stupid like an early 90s tv commercial and you are just wasting screen space. Remove the frame so your screen captures are larger and easier to look at the details, specially for us who are using an iPad or iPhone to watch your videos
I don’t use any adobe products, I wanted more information on drone settings, also send people to other videos that explain HDR. Your wasting time with subjects that people should already know.
I know, right? These guys are always teaching how to do things on systems we can't afford. I'm looking forward to one of them picking a system use guys can afford since we don't do if for a living and don't make videos that often. Maybe something under a hundred that still works. I use Wondershare Fimora and it works just fine.
Many of these features you can easily do in other less expensive programs. Just because you cannot get this software there is no need to bash an excellent tutorial. You could be much more appreciative of some great work here. It is not Tom's fault you cannot get this software.
