Without fail, PGA tour players come on youtube channels and gain fans. I had no idea who he was and now I'll be looking for his name on the leaderboard and rooting for him.

That was really fun to watch. Aaron seems like a good dude, and this makes it more fun to watch and root for him on tour. Grant your interview doesn't even feel like an interview. It's more like just a conversation. It really flows well and it's the best I've seen on You Tube. Great questions and follow ups and a great listener. Can't wait for the next video!

That first hole is a perfect showcase of the difference between a really good player and a PGA tour playa.

I like the color coded tracers. It adds a nice little touch, especially when the viewer isn't 100% sure of the pin placement. Also, keep up the stroke play format. It adds an extra level of realism to the scoring.

Can't lie, after seeing all of the pros on all the RU-vid channels, Mr. Wise seems like the most genuine. He didn't try to force anything or crack corny jokes...

Thank you so much for this video and a chance to get to know Aaron. He has always appeared to be a solid person and a great player ever since he came to attention during his great College and Amatuer Career. Seeing him in this match allowed us to see the man behind the great game. I am now officially an Aaron Wise fan.

Aaron went to the University of Oregon. I was able to play in a 4some with him while he was in college. Aaron is extremely introverted by nature. It’s great to see him out and about, because its a very rare occurrence. He is an outstanding talent. He also made $3.5 million in 2022. Pretty damn good year…

It’s funny to hear Grant talk about how much he loves he loves when guys trash talk but Grant hardly ever even talks trash!

Agree with the competitive aspect. Stroke play competition is where it's at. We have all seen enough scrambles to last a lifetime.

That first hole is EXACTLY why your players are just different. He was DEAD off the tee and still won the hole vs 2 scratch golfers.

What a great guy and player. Loved hearing him describe the strategy at The Masters, and loved Tig calling that videographer out of that shot. I've covered the Masters as a camera op and your job is not to distract the golfers trying to get your shot and put yourself at risk, and putting the golfer's career at risk.

A pro picks the right club, hits straight and every shot is a fresh opportunity to be consistently solid.

A couple years ago I was playing golf in Lake Elsinore, CA and when I was loading everything into my trunk after the round, this guy started chatting me up. I walked over to his cart and sat down and we talked for like 20 minutes. Turns out it was Marc Wise, Aaron’s father. Cool guy, very spiritual, and I started following Aaron closer afterwards.

Love this guy. Been following him since his days at u of o! All around great guy and even better golfer. Future is bright for the Wise guy

Great video. A good example of a tour player playing a different game than a couple of excellent golfers. If they played 18, Aaron would probably end up shooting around a 62 and not thinking much of it.
