WHATS GOING ON R HOUSE?!
Something happened out of no where. Our poor five year old was positive for appendicitis and had to get his appendix removed right then and there. We could not believe he needed surgery in such a short amount of time!
Appendicitis starts with pain around the umbilicus and progresses to the right lower abdomen or pelvis in a few hours.
Other symptoms include:
Nausea, vomiting, fever, tachycardia (fast heartbeats), and foul breath
Constipation is a common feature but diarrhea might occur in some cases
Increase in urinary frequency- inflamed appendix may come in contact with urinary bladder and cause irritation and increase in urinary frequency
During this whole COVID-19 it was ten times worse because only one parent was allowed. It was the most stressful situation we went through because we did not know what was going to happen. This is a very sensitive video and I hope you are kind. We were not going to post this but I figured this may help others especially parents if their child is going through similar symptoms.
