This is PART 8 of my first playthrough of Grand Poo World 3 Watch me LIVE on Twitch! ► / grandpoobear Merch ► grandpoobear.com/ Editor: / rublychan Editor: / weskillnow 11/18/23. #GrandPOOBear #Mario
Putting the player in control of the heigh of the blocks, AND STILL MANAGING TO HIT THEM WITH A KAIZO BLOCK, is peak game design. Infinite respect to Barb.
The original boss was Chuck Norris. The ship boss was Chuck Robotnik. I'm calling this one Chuck D. And those aren't balls. They're Chuck D's Nutz. 🤣🤣🤣
21:50 “I was just waiting for someone to inspire me with such great coaching.” Truly the Ted Lasso of Twitch chat: _”Play better; I wanna see the end game.”_
It's so funny watching both your and thabs videos of this. The game is so much better when the streamer actually likes secrets. Thab totally missed the P = stop hint.
Cluster chuck 2: Electric chuckaloo. Clust2er chuck. Cluster chuck: the next generation. Revenge of Cluster chuck Son of Cluster Chuck Tactical chuck Charlie and the Nuclear Football.
i feel like he missed a secret in the leaf level, when he died at the part where there were 3 leaves falling i saw what looked like an opening at the bottom probably if you waited for the leaves to fall.....dont know if live present day poo has found it
The song in the second level is from a snes rpg called live a live, btw (which got a remake a year or two ago, btw !) Poo asked but no one answered in chat soooo there you go hehe
Apparently "Waterfalls are said to symbolise the process of letting go, cleansing and the continuous flow of energy and life. So a waterfall in your dream can highlight the importance of letting go of the negative thoughts that have become lodged in your mind." Or maybe barb just likes how they look 🙃
The scrolling level concept was cool. But I'm not sure it seemed fair compared to some of the other gimmicks... Maybe it's just me being a viewer being able to process it all without worrying about execution too, so other levels seem more "legible" once I understood the gimmick. But the vertical portion looked purely liked trial and error, and no amount of understanding the gimmick guaranteed your ability to predict what you needed to do.
By vertical I assume you mean the second section? There weren't really any visual aids in that section, but generally the solution was "keep scrolling the same direction until you hit the end, or you see a clear next step". You aren't given much reaction time, so you might die, but typically things are lined up such that you can see what to do after you've died. I've definitely seen much more confusing levels in Kaizo hacks.
@@BobbiasI meant the first section my bad, where he was scrolling things vertically himself. Not going up the tower vertically. I should have distinguished that. But yeah, I guess both sections had the benefit of immediately providing the knowledge once you've messed up.
@@ebbandfloatzel well the first section makes it clear there's more stuff above/below what you see with the chains. I found it pretty easy to predict where to go next as a viewer. Of course playing and streaming make reading that stuff a lot harder, so I can understand someone missing that or just having difficulty reading that section.
Dude, how did you not go straight back into that level. The L-R platform scroller. The hint at the end: P switch = stop Did you not get it? The empty room. The one you were jumping up and down in checking stuff. Commented you hoped it wasn't running the 45 sec timer down. It has to be it. Looks just like it. You were spam jumping but missed the kaizo, I guess.
