This homeowner initially denied free service. As I started driving away he came running outside flailing his arms to get my attention. I got out of my truck and he told me that he changed his mind and wanted me to clean up his driveway. Luckily he did that because it turned out AMAZING! The transformation from dark dirty brown to clean white is so satisfying to watch and I hope that you enjoy this video!

I LOVE your power washing videos because 1) It’s always a great transformation and 2) you don’t use POV camera shots. POV shots are shaky and make me dizzy/nauseated, but it’s so hard to find power washing videos without them. THANK YOU1 Subscribed today!

It doesn't matter how many videos I watch, it still amazes me how dirty the drives are. Then you come along and totally blow my mind with the transformation. Fantastic job getting the drives so awesomely clean.

Many years ago I had a landscaping company. I’d frequently get calls to prune and cleanup over grown hedges, but also tidy up ornamental cedars that were close to the home. There seemed to be a design trait/trend to certain age of home; cedars planted in front of limestone faced homes. That limestone ends up black. So even without mentioning it, I’d pressure wash the stone after I pruned the shrubs. The results were so transformative that pressure washing stone took off as its own sideline to my landscaping business. (The pressure washer was brought along because evergreens, especially cedars thrive after a good washing of their green. A pressure washer is also a great tool to get the dead dry accumulated leaves out of the branches.) So since you already have a pressure washing business. Do some research on your local trees, many of them should be ‘cleaned’. It allows the leaves to absorb nutrients. *i also bought an attachment for my pressure washer that allowed me to flush eavetroughs (But I still preferred to just climb a ladder and blast the debris out.)

Great job! Could you start adding a narrative to both this channel and lawn cutting? What tools you use? Do you have a best- practice plan? Tricks of the trade? If you cut long grass and mow, do you bag or leave clumps of grass in the homeowners lawn? I think it would make the channels even more interesting and helpful

I subscribed, after you wrote it on the sidewalk. I like your videos. I need to have my sidewalk, siding and patio pressure washed. Do you use a solution to remove the algae? Nice job... The homeowner just needs his shrubbery trimmed, now. Do you get referrals from any of the free jobs?

That was a really dirty one! I’ll bet the owner called someone to say, “You won’t believe somebody just offered to clean my driveway for free. Probably a scam.” And that somebody watches RU-vid and said, “No way! That guy who cleans driveways for free is famous! Tell me you didn’t say no!”

Hi Spencer, a Awesome job you did!! Wow the homeowner now is bragging about how good his driveway & sidewalk looks!!! I saw next door & across the street how their sidewalks looked grimy! Wow you went to Texas borderline to Arkansas, you traveled quite far from Kansas...so you get to see other states & different grimy driveways & sidewalks...like a mini vacation & ok you work & not get paid but maybe get other clients? I'm rather split on this. Owner declined, then was frantically waving you down to have service. Honestly I think.... have waved him off and said have a nice day sir. I get folks being skeptical about COLD CALLS at homes. But power washing concrete. You are serving the community in which you live. Maybe offer your business card or a flyer. You wear a logo shirt, your trucks logo decal is visible.

Great vid, but I went to the web page about the equipment that you use, and it just show the page and not specifically what you use.... Can you give us a list of what you use please???? like: The pressure washer? Detergents (if any)? The nozzles?

Just a tip, work in smaller sections. It will create less lines. Use the round head or nozzle then spray it down, then rinse and repeat lol. I found this useful when I do our driveway☺️

A friend of mine uses a round scrubber on a driveway. When he goes to rinse off, he starts on one side and works over to the other, blowing all that dirt and sediment into the yard, which goes away. That way he doesn't have to scrape up a bunch of muck down at the end of the driveway. Clean concrete makes a home look manicured. Nice job.

Why "free"? Charge for it. Many more people will seek your service! By offering the service for free you are probably undercutting some kids who want to save up for PS5 games, etc. If I was offered free service, I would first wonder "what's the catch"?

I'm familiar with Texarkana! My brother lives in Longview, Texas not far from the Texarkana border. That dirt really shows up when it's wet. I'm sure he was glad he changed his mind and quit doubting it was free!! It made his house look nicer especially next to that white garage door! I always hit that like button before you even start! Quick question from North Pole, Alaska, I can understand your using the power washer to do the edges of the sidewalk and driveway, but why not use the scrubber for the sidewalk too? Like you did on the driveway? Seems to me that you'd get done quicker using the scrubber on the sidewalk to the house.

I once left my car in a city for 10 days when off for a trip. The amount of grime that settled on it amazed me. Being asthmatic I could see why cities give me so much trouble. Even in the countryside, the age of masks has helped, especially in pollen seasons.

Maybe you've got ear plugs in, but if not, that's the very least you should do. It makes a huge difference at the end of the day. Try it once, and you'll either always use ear plugs or some type of noise cancelling device in your ears.

I understand the homeowners reluctance. If someone comes to my door offering any kind of service my immediate reaction would be this guy is trying to scam me. They can leave a business card or a flyer if they wish so I can research them on the internet, then if I need this service I will contact them. I would never agree to any kind of service on the spot with someone who cold knocked on my door. You happen to be a hard working ethical person but there are a lot of horrible people out there who love to get their money through shady means.

Not bad, you shouldn’t be able to see the tracks left from your flat surface cleaner. I’d change from the zero tip and use a yellow for rinse and don’t wait so long, rinse down as you move along. Good job, but could be just a touch more finished at the end. 👍
