It’s true, if the Chinese guild didn’t stream at the end of Legion we wouldn’t see any of the streams to go for WF. Usually, there would have to be 5 guilds who beat a mythic boss would a video be released by a respective guild to see how they beat the boss. Watching streaming in the RWF is awesome!

Thanks so much for the video, Team Liquid. I would love to hear even more about how the evolution of the “21st man” concept became the raiding standard and something that broke the mold. It’s something that really could only have happened in this modern era with technology etc. and someone to have the idea that gets engineered. I know it’s been talked about before, but when I think of Max and Limit/Liquid that is what I associate them with in terms of “Changing the game” from a competitive advantage that has been adopted. Obviously streaming the race and creating this competition content with Echo has been fantastic for the WoW community and a positive revelation for the game. The god of race to world second

Paragon. They were the top of the top to me, Method being close 2nd but certainly not first. When they disbanded, Method got ahead of everyone, every tier, it wasn't even a question of world first but who could manage to be 2nd. There was an old US vs EU competition with blood legion, Rogerbrown mocking the leadership of Rignaros for being too harsh. Then there was just no competition. Method would release their kill video on the next week (to not give the competition hints). Then came one guild that would change the history of the race to world first, the chinese guild Alpha (I think). They went and streamed Argus, and people all over the world saw the mythic phase only for the first time LIVE. Of course we all know that Method won as well. Method then decide to start streaming progression at the expanse of giving competition hints and tactics. Doesn't matter because they were the best right ? Max, you and your guild gave a new life to WoW. Starting from scratch, no sponsor, to be the first on Illidan, first in the US and eventually on one of the most prestigious fight, World fucking FIRST. And we everyone SEEING the nerds scream, that was so wholesome. I feared the US being first was just one hit wonder, and you proved everyone wrong by getting WF on Denathrius. Of course Method broke down because of Josh and Echo had to rebuild, and they did pretty well. This video is 5 months old, today you have a 3rd WF. Some people will diminish it by saying US got a head start, the tier was too easy etc. I loved Paragon, i loved Method, i love Echo and I love you guys for making this game BETTER. But seeing Max's so humble, the team together, Max decision to coach (who was the first to do it ever in the race, at least to my knowledge), seeing you go into random pugs and help drunk people get their AOTC, interacting with your community, in my honest opinion you changed WoW forever for the best. THD hugging his mom after WF Nzoth Imfiredup being just a god of mage even tho he was so young he was very mature Atrocity UI that was made a standard for most people nowaday (expressway font is BiS btw !!) Maivey face only changed when Nzoth was at 0.1% for one of the most iconic winning face ever And of course, Max stepping back and being the 21th raider must have been one of the less egoist move I've seen in a game You guys didn't just changed the way the game was played. Its nice that Max and his ego needed to have this video be made about him. Also there are other people and guilds that have changed raiding more than Max ever has. Max claims to be the mastermind of modern raiding when his only victories were shortly after Method disbanded, one with tons of BIS gear purchases with real money and one raid tier that was so short and easy that the 18h lead start that Liquid got decided the race. Oh did I forget to mention that Max bought his account to seem like more "older" raider? He is just ego andy that sits in front of a monitor not even playing the game not even raid leading
