Don’t understand people saying take it easy at a FESTIVAL??!!! It’s the time to forget any life’s troubles & party hard 😎👍 just drink that wet stuff too …WATER!!! And loads of it!! and FOOD for nutrition too to carry on and on - sugary doughnuts! Anything!! Then more water inbetween beers if it’s HOT! These are things you learn from age 15-18 normally 😂

Met a group of junior doctor students or something like that doing the Otley run years and years ago. We ended up tagged on with them by the time we got to Original Oak and then obviously ended at the dry dock. They took us back to their digs where they had a load of IV drips stashed. Basically hooked us all up to one and we crashed at theirs in Headingley. Honestly woke up the next morning fresh as a fecking daisy. They said they do that all the time before they go on early shift. Have always wondered since then could I do it myself and where do you get IV bags from? Still can’t find them on Amazon

Pretty common is the U.S.! We have "spas" that will give you iv drips for different ailments. As a matter of fact, I work at a bar that does classic car shows (summer, in the desert) and we've had a nurse with a booth giving drips!

Yeah,,,,,Chemical brothers are superb ......right Guys, you'll be in business until eternity..........there are staggering amounts ofglobal festivals per year. Seen a few recently 1) COPENHELL (denmark) 2) HELLFEST France (9 days) 2 weekends 3) EXIT (Serbia) amazing value 130 euro tik (30 euro 4 night camp) 4 days of music ....13 stages.....hundreds of acts. (150 euro fly return) best wishes

Only way for a standard punter to get Glasto tickets is with a big enough group / network of people in various locations who will try for tickets for you and vice versa. Try and get chats open with anyone you know trying on the day - I’ve had people I’m not going with get mine. Fucked if there’s not enough of you.

In England a single is 2.5cl so getting a double makes sense but most of the time in mainland Europe a single is 4cl so getting a double gets you fucked quickly. Keep smashing it boys!

The Apollo is mad, in that every single bigish mosher band used to play there when they came to Manchester, used to go all the time when my mum an dad used to take me to gigs, and can’t even remember the last time a band I liked played there, maybe like 10 years ago or something. Have you ever been Glasto? The poor line up on the “main stages” would have made it amazing. Means more time to explore/experience everything else that Glasto has to offer. All the stuff you don’t see on TV. There’s a lot to Glasto that don’t involve the main acts. Simple.
