You don’t need to sign anything and if they ask you to leave you should as rejecting that request is considered trespass. If you are not asked or were never told to leave, they can’t trespass you even if they cops are present (be sure to record the entire interaction in case they try saying they did ask you to leave). You can always protest or hold up signs on the public street owned by tax payers (would be hilarious to see posters saying ban Zach from Lofe).
