In LB earlier episodes he uses singlish and ah beng languages to sell the houses that is a sure way to down sell an asset. Now it is a 180 degrees change more upmarket and international if you will.

@@JOSHTANLIVE This definitely without a doubt a major red flag. If a property is so great as claim, there is zero need to turn off comments. Moreover, their agents already state their contact details in the video. Anyone interested would contact them and not just leave comments on RU-vid to be contacted by their agents. When you have something to hide, best way is to shut people up.
It is indeed a giant red flag waving around when comments are not allowed to be posted. One has to do their due diligence when purchasing a property. Best to work with someone you can trust whole heartedly.
