I think one of the BIGGEST misconceptions about our Heavenly Father. So many people think that you've got to be FIXED and have it ALL TOGETHER before you can CALL ON Him.....when it's actually the other way around. We CALL ON HIM because we AREN'T CAPABLE of handling all our junk on our own and with our own strength. PTL that he's now CLEAN and SOBER and even got married....wow!!!!

Let go and let God. How the relationship with Him starts and exists. I love that his Dad quotes Proverbs 3:5,6, that is a scripture the Lord has used many times at key moments in my life...its Him telling me "I am here". A great story of recovery, which I loved having been redeemed myself since '75. Blessings and Shalom to you and your family And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:11

Stu died 13 times and here he is, back again. That's 12 times more than Jesus. What he encountered was his own brain finally deciding it wanted to live. I'm glad Stu is making progress but the language used here is different from the world I live in.
