This reminds me of a very similar anime where there are random doors all around the world in different time zones where people end up at 1 "pub" like this. Hmm

They are different, as they are pickled for a shorter time and it is a full-length cucumber. Pickles, as we know them in Western countries, are made from immature cucumbers.

@@WhitneyDahlin Less time for the vinegar and salt to penetrate the cucumbers and the cucumber has thicker skin. The outside edge is the vinegary with a bit of salt, like a smoke ring on a Brisket. Like if you took a pickle and sandwiched it between cucumber slices.

Its an Izakaya so there's a higher focus on Japanese cuisine. Also there are less characters and more storyline and char development compared to Isekai Shokudo but overall both are great relaxing series for good food
