Hearing this, as a linkin park fan for the last 15 years, it’s absolutely astonishing. It almost brings a tear to your eye being able to hear something like this.
It's actually crazy that I know the vocalist (Ivo Rosário) because he used to live in a small town called Montes de Alvor and he was a good friend's with my older brother. He used to play with us in our home. Back in the days he already sang on many karaokes and I remeber he was a really good singer back then. Now after so many years watching him singing on a Linkin Park tribute band and having all this success is insane! I'm actually really proud of him and I hope he can reach bigger stages, cause this band deserves it!

I've seen Linkin Park back in Lisbon a few years back. Long story short, last year, I Saw Hybrid Theory live. It was like I was back at that concert, hair rising eary, almost uncany feeling. It was like seeing Chester reborn. I get goosebumps every time.

Damn! This singer is almost... ALMOST a clone If you compare his voice and his performance with Chester's. I know. No one can ever be like Chester or could replace him. But you have to give credit to this tribute band. Great job!

Big fan of Linkin Park for 22 years now. I must say after hearing Ivo Rosário and his tribute band sings gave me Goosebumps!! he even look and sounds the same as chester wow! Please LP have him in your band as the new Vocalist.

I went to Hungary to see them live. They are amazing. They look and sound like Linkin Park. They really need to get more recognition. They are awesome. Can't wait to see them live again, I can't wait to hear Linkin Park songs live again.

I am loving all the positive responses for this tribute band and completely agree! I just discovered them last night with a doubtful ear that they will do Chester justice. Needless to say, I watched their live show from 2023, and we're planning a trip to Portugal next year to see HT live!!
As much as he looks, moves, and sounds like Chester...it'd also be weird to replace Chester with a clone. I wish they'd picked Evanescence or Paramore. New chick is...woof.

Because they didn't want someone trying to sound like Chester. Many can do that. They wanted someone with their own voice and identity. Knowing Mike and the other guys, I'm sure they considered many options. They made what they believed to be the best choice. You don't have to like it, but it's their band. Chester was one of a kind, and the deep meaning to him behind his lyrics and vocals cannot be replicated. They're moving forward, but will of course play the existing songs.
Someone said it, they're moving onto a new era of Linkin park replacing chester would have been kinda disrespectful to chester since he irreplaceable@@OffByOneSecurity
Does he even want to? Who says he wants to leave hybrid theory to begin with. The first mistake is thinking everyone would drop everything to join a super large band with commercial commitments and a very high level of production. It’s no small ask.
When I saw this video of theirs first time I literally cried! Missed so much Chester, and seeing a foreigner band so dedicated to pay tribute, and the singer performing with not only the same voice but same soul and body, made me so happy!
I’ve been a LP fan since day one. I’m guessing we are similar ages coz hybrid theory came out in my first year of high school too. I saw them in 2007 in Manchester UK and they were incredibly good! These guys are epic. With the way things have gone with LP’s new vocalist I can see these guys becoming more and more popular….
I was fortunate enough to see Linkin Park in concert twice when Chester was still alive. I have even met them and got their autographs. This literally gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes.

The one time I actually cry watching a tribute band perform was while watching their concert on RU-vid. I know the singer isn't Chester, but it hits home hearing and seeing him perform. He's an incredible reminder of Chester. I cherish that. Though the singer isn't Chester, he is a gift to the fans.
I never liked tributes, but I surrendered and last year, I went to see them live and it's incredible. It sounds like it's from another world, it's a voice identical to Chester that seems to embody him and the band is very good. I'm dying to see them again. Just seeing it, it's really incredible! Everyone who was at the show was shocked.

I'm proud I played in Korn (SK tribute band) with those guys 4 times on our Germany tour in 2019! Sweet memories and good times. They are really amazing and cool dudes! I miss those days.. 🇸🇰🤘🏻🇵🇹
Dude as a long time time LP Fan since Hybrid Theory I never got a chance to see them live and I regret it all the time. These guys were spot on and I would love to see these guys live!!! Hell reanimatiion theory is still one of my top favorite album!!!
I went to see them live here in Portugal at the start of April, and I have to say, I was left speechless. If you closed your eyes you were listening to Linkin Park. I sang, I screamed, I cried, it was borderline magical what happened in that arena. Hearing his voice, so close to Chester's singing One More Light and seeing everyone hold their phone lantern's high is a feeling I will never forget, I broke down in tears. By far one of the best concerts I have attended to, without a doubt.
I’ve seen LP live, and to compare, id have to see them live too. Old school LP was a whole vibe, these guys are definitely doing them justice. Closest I’ve seen vocal wise.
I watched them live last month here in Portugal and as soon as they started I got goosebumps. All I could think was that I never had the chance to watch LP live, but there I was watching this crazy band that made me feel that I actually have watched LP live after it ended. It was the show I most enjoyed since I remember!

I saw them last weekend in my hometown and i was very sceptical at first but i actually ended up being surprised by this honest homage, and Ivo's timbre, Kudos to them 🆒
Coming back to this video now that LP has returned makes me so angry that they chose Emily instead of this guy. She is fine for the new music but not for Chester’s songs.
Well, I think the reason they went the direction they did is because if they got an impersonater it would feel too much like they are trying to replace Chester. Which nobody can replace a talent like Chester, so they wanted to just try a different direction entirely. They wanted this to be a new chapter, not a replacement.

I've been to their concert and as you could also guess, that is the most realistic linkin park experience you could ever buy right now. They have so much energy too. The singer dived in the crowd when it was the second chorus of Faint that I was about to lose my mind. I wish I could show you the videos.
I've never listened to any linkin park songs after chesters death. I simply could not becaus it's too much emotional for me. This vocals singing brought tears to my eyes.
To not listen to Linkin Park after Chester's death is out of the question to me, it's my music and I feel close to Chester when I hear any song. Keep listening and his legacy will live on 🤘

That's actually wild. I wasn't expecting it to be a Portuguese band and I could hear some of the accent but it was so subtle. They looked the part and sounded really good.

I just sat here and watched the video... WITH MY MOUTH FULLY OPENDED - WHAT???? It's not like they just sound like LP in their prime, they even look like them... holy cow.... Really you could go to a concert without the need to close your eyes. LP is literally there.
Im portuguese and i have seen them live, they are awsome! The tribute scene here it's very good, check out The White Poney, they are a deftones tribute, to me one of the best we have here as well.
