Coach, have you done any videos that list a basic beginner curriculum? When it comes to grappling and "what do I learn and in what order" everything seems to be rather random.

If you're standing you can try to create distance and spin your arm to their opposite side & then pull & twist hard to maybe turn into them On the ground, if it's locked in, small chance
