The 8 year boyfriend she gave an ultimatum and he cheated. He didn’t want to break up with her, so he cheated to get her to break up with him. He did not want to marry her, she was a place holder.
i'm glad the battles of modern dating were discussed in that first dilemma. I think all too often people chicken out of just being decent, with the mindset of "I dont owe them anything". It's weird and wild and we ALL need to do better.
After 7 years with someone how is it not easy to be straight up & say “hey, it’s been 7 years- do you see us getting married?” Cause maybe he doesn’t, they are young, probably in their first relationship…he could be curious about what else is out there.
I was screaming at my phone during the growling story!!! JUST COMMUNICATE!! You say he’s so nice and treats you well and you’re having a great time but this growling thing gives you the ick! Just ask him, hey could you not do that? I don’t like it. It’s really simple!!
No way the question of the week “5 years no proposal” is hitting too close to home 😅 I just celebrated my 5 year anniversary with my boyfriend, we are 28 and 29 😂 in my case things are good, we have a plan and the war in Ukraine is a major contributor to the delay of the wedding bells as we live in Ukraine, and I want to have a Greek wedding in Greece because I’m Greek, which can only happen after the war as he can’t leave the country due to the martial law. The proposal is expected to happen on my next birthday, not happy about the 30 mark but it is what it is
@@CrazyTributeGirl thank you! ❤️ we are doing everything we can on our part to be safe and live as normally as possible. The most important is that we have each other ❤️

Just moved to Australia a couple months ago and always listened to the pod back home with my best friend. Feeling so home sick lately and the pod always makes me feel better and more connected to home and the girlies 🤍
When I heard the question about the 5 years.. I was like FIVE??? Not with my slavic self! Lmao it's 2 or out the door you go, and actually now that I'm in my late 20s - make that a year!
@@mariazeniou8926 yup! The way Brits normalise being together for yeaaaars and only getting married like 8-10 in will forever be beyond me. Children & property out of wedlock too, could never be me!
Been with my bf nearly 5 years, he’s only 23 and I’m 25 so we’re still very young, I can’t see us getting engaged for a year or two! All depends on age I think
@@eilidhm9322 well, if you’re oky with it, then good! But I would neverrrrr. Having a CHILD for a man tht can’t even give me a ring?? Over my grave haha also having property in my country will only count as shared if you are married, in other circumstances he would be the sole owner with me having nothing to show for the years I’ve given that man lol
At dinner, you take my ring off my middle finger and put it on the one people put wedding rings on, and that’s the closest I’ve come to my heart exploding.
