Dude..............This manga is a breath of fresh air. The main character is a suicidal, but hilarious and a genuinely good person who respects others' lives and stories. As much as he wants to die; he uses his writing to push people to greater heights. He kind of like a cooler version of King from OPM. He wears his poker face like a badass and rocks the kimono so hard. He's not OP nor cliche; he just feels original, and I love that. I want to see more

In addition his rizz charisma is so strong that he can make anyone do what he want. Yeah, pretty much not op 😂

100% it is although I think it mainly takes inspiration from the main character of No longer human for the MC of the manga, while taking some traits and events for Dazai’s life namely the double suicide into the canal.

In the midst of searching for his death, he saved so many already. It wouldn't surprise me if after his character development the story will end with him saying something like: "It's tiring to keep searching for my death, maybe this time I'll just wait for death to come to me instead." Or maybe they just keep their journey going and become a slice of life. Or the true happy ending for him, to finally find his girl a finish their double suicide.

funny enough later on in the story (in the untranslated raw) Spoilers He got exactly what he wanted to commit double suicide with his lover but the moments before he could do it he felt unsatisfied and with the help of someone's advice, he change his mind about committing suicide, ditch his lover to die, actually started to take the main plot more seriously, and actively choosing to help people more than before.
