This is why you should always request a lawyer when being interrogated by the police. A lawyer can provide an extra pair of hands when you're trying to hide your laughing. When you headbutt an officer, your lawyer can lie down behind them so they trip and fall. Plus lawyers can protect you when the police lie about having evidence on you.
This is not believable because the audio doesn't sound like it was taken from an 8-track fished out of the bottom of a pond next to a chemical factory.
Yas!! I knew Dr Joel Haver; master of psychology and engineering pioneer of human sociology of the Medulla Oblongata, would be here to share his mighty wisdom. Hail!
as a huge watcher of interrogation breakdowns this is pure, absolute gold. Whoever wrote this has a real gift for comedic writing, and the editor for comedic timing, the "he was wearing a suit of armor" running gag was just too good. The actor also did a really good job for an amateur, with excellent timing and great delivery.
Your honor, my client was just doing a little bit trolling. A little bit of tomfoolery. A little bit of mischief with an anti-personnel land mine at a popular trampoline park during business hours in hopes of a child would bounce on it at the right place at the right time. Is that too far fetched to deprive this man's right for a bit of lolz? I think not. I rest my case.
Listen, half of the jury want to set your client free and the other half want the death penalty, but now Im starting to think that both options would have the same outcome, so what if we rather send him to jail for a year or so, to see if that scares him straight or at least protects him from himself for a while.
Thank GOD you have confirmed that this video is comedy! Because I was actually thinking: MY GOD are people really this STUPID?!? (But then again, the fact this video had ME going for a little while I suppose answers my own question in way that does NOT put ME in "the most intelligent" category either 🤣...I thought that this video was a real TRAINING video at first, but then watching it further, I'm thinking "No fucking way....This is just too fricken WEIRD to be true!". But, yeah, I admit I did have my doubts! 🤣🤣😱 Excellent "off-the-wall'/just-plain- weird-in-a-very-subtle-way comedy!!!
At 3:47 I had to check the comments. It was funny from the start but I was thinking what a loss to comedy if this guy was for real. SNL hasn't had anything this good in some time.
I thought it was comedy from the beginning, but then they mentioned Brevard County, and if this isn't real, it's a very realistic reenactment of pretty typical life in Florida. Sincerely, I was charged with a felony in Florida's Eighteenth Circuit
when they mentioned the police using armor penetrating rounds I was honestly expecting the narrator to say "He was Not wearing a suit of armor." as a twist.
I didn’t realize that this was supposed to be satire, but I knew that there was no way this was real, so I thought they were trying to pass this off as a real case and wondering how anyone would fall for it.
Satire can be difficult to place, also hi again lol This one i knew was fake when i heard the audio wasn't as low quality as most real cases, then on i found it pretty funny haha
I actually almost fell for it until I realized that if this was real I would’ve saw it on the TV news, I couldn’t help but laugh at how childish this was combined with the fact that this should’ve been uploaded on April 1st for perfection!
@@ted_van_loon Standard armour does not protect from point blank shockwaves, internal bleeding is the main culprit of death right next to shrapnel. Metal armour saw less use through European warfare because it was too expensive to have one guy fully decked out when you could get ten dudes with pikes and matchlocks instead. Even during that period the cuirass (only the middle piece but extra thick) and helmet were a common sight. Over time it just wasn't worthwhile anymore until the late industrial revolution where metal was far cheaper and smokeless powder greatly extended the range of fights for both infantry and artillery, making helmets valuable as your head would be the main thing popping out of cover. Then modern warfare placing far more value into the survival of quality infantry.

The absurdity of a world where the police would just politely follow behind a stolen crane in a slow 30+ car chase instead of just walking to the crane and pulling him out fucking SENT me.
christ you don't even have a profile picture lmao real name as username as well. You fit the bill for someone who would actually just say that unironically. _...you are saying this ironically? r- right?_
Note: if what you say is true (he invented a new crime) then that implies what he did wasn't a crime until after he did it. Therefore he didn't do anything illegal #justiceforrandall
Depends honestly. If some of the things he did 'committing' the crime were illegal already, they nailed him for that and then made the big thing he did illegal afterward.
Y’all nailed the investigation review setup, timing, even the voice and sound effects. It’s impressive and the close similarity makes it soooo much funnier
Well, I did first laugh in the beginning at the sound of the board falling on the helmet, but it was really a back and forth between "what a bizarre true crime story" and "ok it's a parody" for me until the footage after the judgment. To be honest, the judgment did not ring any bells for me, probably because I've become used to how incompetent the Scandinavian courts of law are at sentencing criminals unless it's about a financial crime.
I love this parody, i dont know why the detective narrating has to describe the whole plot of breaking bad to make it make sense, but its pretty accurate Armor piercing rounds did him dirty
Randall Conroy; Diagnosed with "Reverse Isekai Syndrome" after police found an active portal in his basement and an apology letter written by the Baron that 'accidentally' sent him here. Baron Bread has since been brought in on charges of Negligence.
Some people are mad that you guys "tried to fake" a JCS type video. I have no insult to make towards those who initially thought it was real. But the funny thing about the people who are mad is that, to any of the subscribers, this in no way seemed "real." Like, we all know Nokeric. I doubt that you guys were trying to make even a semi-convincing fake. Edit: It's literally tagged "comedy"
This is literally first video I've seen of them and i instantly knew it wasn't real lol. But i did love all the details and work put into it nonetheless xD
Half of the comedy comes from how well they imitated a JCS video. It's like, if it wasn't so ridiculous, you could ALMOST see it being on that channel. These guys are comedic geniuses
@@raosthegray7090 yeah, again, like, no insult. I'm really just saying that it's funny that they probably weren't actually intending to convince anyone, yet it looks to any outsider as if it's a real a police interrogation analysis.
the way he hides his face behind his hands... terrifying that the jovial, good-natured guy in medieval armor bouncing next to you at Rebounderz could be like this. At least we're safe at Sky Zone
"That could be anyone's 13th century germanic battle helm!" Absolute comedy gold! I honestly thought this was real for a bit there & I was thinking "how does he keep getting released from jail?"
The instant they brought up the attempt to fire a cannon at a Disney cruise, I should have clocked the parody. You all know that Disney would make sure Randall never walked out of prison again. They would summon a legal team to impress Nintendo.
@@demi-femme4821 they would pretend it never happend and bring the bodies outside the park so they wouldn't be held responsible for negligence, like they've done before
Honestly... I bet you SOME people who are comical enough and have as big a sense of humor WOULD act in such dramatic fashions even in a serious case. Tho WOULD take it seriously SERIOUS when laughing or furthur comical reaction would be insensitive or something
Sorry if i seem insensitive, i am indeed sensitive and do not think murder or loss of life is a funny, since it is not a humorous thing for such a great life to be lost and the good they can do stripped from the world. Any dark or insane humor that can be derived, should be controlled and not laughed about insensitively. I just mean, since i myself am comical and dramatic at a buncha times, i figure some others are too
Insanity defenses don't carry that much weight these days. If Chris-Chan can do hard time, and if this video were real? He'd do hard time for attempted mass homicide with no possibility of parole. I wouldn't be surprised if, one day, judges decide insanity pleas no longer carry weight in court. I anticipate that any extenuating circumstances will one day be dismissed. They, rightly, won't care why someone did it or what their state of mind was. The only thing the defense could do is cast doubt on evidence and witnesses. It bypasses philosophical trifles about free will and determinism. What does it matter what state of mind the accused was in, what peers think of their character, or if they could've done otherwise? What is legally relevant is whether the accused committed the crime, and whether any sort of reasonable doubt can be raised. That's it. Sorry about the rant
@@tristanband4003 a good thing to note is that the common definition of insanity and the legal definition are very different. Insanity in court refers to either the defendant either not being in control of their actions(vague, hard to prove) or not understanding the fact that the actions they were committing were wrong(also hard to prove). That’s it. Any other mental condition generally does not qualify for an insanity plea. However, if either of these rare circumstances can be proven true, it’s easy to see why institution in a mental asylum is a more sensible resolution than general imprisonment.
This video kept popping up on my homepage and I thought it was an actual interrogation and that it'd be really sad so I kept ignoring and wondering why I was getting true crime recommendations
The "Goof'em Ups" defense has been a hot button issue in the criminal justice system. I personally would have liked to see him confined to a solitary bouncy castle, and throw away the balloon key.
I. Had. No idea this was fake. I spent every minute going. “This man. Can’t be real this can’t be serious” when it got to his friend Bill I paused and had to look it up if this guy was real. Seriously hilarious video
@@bromisovalum8417 oh the world has always been this crazy. Probably worse 😅 we can just record literally almost every second of all the crazy in real time now.
The fact that this is nearly indistinguishable from an actual video of this type says a lot, both about how good you guys are at this, and also at the utter insanity that goes on in our real world.
It's embarassing to admit in hindsight, but i only realised this was a sketch around 2:20, with the fake moustache on the mugshot. Didn't even think to look at the channel name, and just believed it was a really wacky crazy dude
Nah just from his reactions it seems too exaggerated. I’ve never seen a real interrogation but this guy was just too dramatic in his responses and his actions. I was questioning it a minute or so in. The clip of him being detained was a big red flag
@@ItsDangerX You'd be surprised. There's a couple cases I've seen where people look like they're acting, but it's because they think they look 'cool', or insane. Like that one guy who assisted that girl into killing her father(?). Wild case.
@@viderevero1338yeah, but there’s also a lot of other tells that this is fake. Such as the fact that it’s a relatively tight shot, and every real interrogation I’ve seen has a much wider shot showing the entire room
placing a landmine in a trampoline park is inherently hilarious. The perfect blend of dark and physical comedy. I'm blown away by his genius, and i get the feeling if the police understood comedy i wouldn't be the only one
Didn't even realize this was satire, watched the whole thing before reaching the end and realizing it was fake. Great job, you really got me! edit: I feel that I should mention that I've never seen any of this type of video before since I usually don't have the time. So I don't know what the camera quality is, I don't know what they do and don't allow in the room, etc.
a year and a half ago, i watched most of this video (not including the ending), and was like 'damn, thats sorta fucked'. here i am now, binging wizards with guns, realizing it's a sketch. my applause, wizard mcgunson
not gonna lie, I saw the thumbnail of him in the interrogation room wearing the helm, and was wondering how the hell someone got into a police interrogation with that on. I clicked without even reading the title or channel name. did not realize it was a comedy skit for the first 30 seconds. this was very well made. I was fricken dying. 🤣
Holy hell this is such a perfect parody, I mean they got EVERYTHING right. 👏🏼 Can’t believe I’m just now seeing this even though I’ve been watching interrogation videos for a year now. Glad it finally made its way onto my recommended though! 😅💖
I’m getting better? Smarter? I don’t know. I guess I’m glad that there is an ability to find some humor in our increasingly absurd world. The first top off was the pony tail on the detective. Good job.
I kept seeing this video in my recommended videos and kept passing it up thinking it was just another criminal psychology video, but today I finally watched it. and my god, was it a hoot, an absolute riot
Confession time: I've never heard of this channel before, this was first vid I've ever seen from them, my dumb ass thought this was legit. I won't say how long it took till I realized it was a skit, but trust me, it took way too long. Hats off to you, you got me.
Him reluctantly agreeing to put on the helmet was too damn funny, like a guy being forced to assume his villainous alter ego. "It's a perfect fit. *sigh* I know."
Dude the thumbnail alone killed me. watching a silent thumbnail of a man in a fucking knights helmet and Hawaiian shirt get taken down in an interrogation room by 3 cops and something then reading the comments I was already laughing before the video started
As someone who doesn’t quite pick upon sarcasm and sarcasm-adjacent work this right here was hilarious yet horrific. I compliment the believability of this sketch and curse myself for my stupidity.
dude i was watching this and thinking this is some shit from a movie, the "his mother has been dead for 4 years" was the final straw for me where i said out loud "this is fake"
I've watched a lot of interrogation breakdowns. I can't help but feel that you could put this in a compilation with them and on one would notice. Real psychopaths are just as ridiculous.
I honestly think so, lol. Just throw this in somewhere in the middle of actual interrogation breakdowns and you can probably fool people into thinking it's real, at least initially.
Okay, you legit had me for a full 5 minutes. I didn't think this was satire, just another 'Florida Man xyz' story.. Damn, well done guys! What actually clued me on was the 'Interrogator', being a fellow long-hair I actually can't imagine a young interrogator with a pony tail. Aside from that, you had me! Subscribed, cheers from South Australia!
A search into the suspect's Netflix account did not show any viewing of Breaking Bad or El Camino, however a DVD copy of Ned Kelly, starring Heath Ledger was found in the disc tray of the suspect's Playstation 3.
@@vergiltheartofpower6616 at the time of writing the comment, I did not. However after sending a link to the video to a friend he made it clear to me it's a meme lol
now whats missing is millions of keyboard psychologists judging randalls shirt as something a murderer would wear, based off their own anecdotes, and calling for his cruel execution
@@sircuffington At any rate, people trying to excuse the inexcusable often come up short for countless numbers who are doing time for things that shouldn't be crimes at all.
10/10, This was golden but I was REALLY hoping that when he put the helmet on he would be consumed by a medieval spirit, which would explain why he was always wearing armor for his crimes
I dont know if you are trying to discredit other channels that deal with such crimes (which I find valuable) but, BUT, this IS fricken amazingly smart comedy. So I am all on board!
Dear god, what an amazing idea for a sketch. You captured the Jim Can’t Swim format perfectly, with layers and layers of comedy subtle enough that some comments thought this was a real video 😂
As someone new to the channel I actually did extensive research to see if Randall Conroy was a real convict who did this stuff and I was surprised to find out it was all just purely an imaginative skit. Really well made!
It’s embarrassingly obvious that it’s a skit from the beginning. If the audio quality doesn’t give it away the acting from the interrogator definitely will.
Serious question. What is it that obsesses you about them? I've known multiple women that are the same. At night they watch murder documentaries to relax before bed. I don't understand or even know how to relate to it. I've asked before and gotten no serious response. Usually a giggle or idk. Which to be honest is a little unsettling.
Jim Can’t Swim is really stepping up his content. This was probably his best interrogation video to date. Strong work, JCS - CRIMINAL PSYCHOLOGY! Keep it up!!
