MIH doesn't speed up the user though it just slows down everyone else. To Pucci, he's just moving at normal speed but "normal speed" is so hilariously fast compared to everyone's perception it looks like he's going at mach fuck
@@rnaodmsomething I beg to differ, his perception would be that everyone is fast while the others are slow but if he made everyone else actually slow it would defeat the whole point of the plan, which was to speed up the universe until it resets while the souls move on to the new one, so essentially he speeds up the process of things while sentient beings are completely unaffected
In WoU voiceline when he win against Pucci, he will say "No matter how fast you accerelate time, you can't avoid disaster" And think about it a bit, MiH only accerelate everything except human beside Pucci himself, so the disaster also get accerelate, bro do literally 0 sht to WoU's effect over there

Yeah that’s a bad player 😂. Fighting games are weird like that though because both characters would be wildly broken if it was scaled to their actual stand ability.

It used to do that. MiH Pucci got nerfed hard about a week after he was re added to the game because of how nonsensically busted he was. MiH used to make the timer tick at either double or triple it's speed and make the enemy move at half speed unless they manage to pull off a Time Stop, are another MiH, or Giorno in Requiem. Pretty sure Pucci also used to be even faster than what he is now.
I think the idea is that you're viewing things from Pucci's frame of reference, since your opponent is slowed down during MiH (rather than Pucci being sped up). So, the timer moves at normal speed because Pucci himself doesn't experience time moving any faster.
OG ASB did exactly that and more. ASBR use to as well but they changed it for balance reasons because it was basically gg unless you could pull a time stop or requiem

@@Kazuhira2249 WoU is the perfect counter to MiH. Imagine all of its calamities, but sped up to ludicrous speeds. Yeah that's not a good combo for pucci.
@@Anonymous-hx3puSorta, WoU is still tied to Tooru which is its only weakness, Tooru would die in the nanosecond Pucci is given before a calamity happens. However with MiH speeding up calamities it's up in the air whether they will just be sped over like how people who died just had their bodies evaporate considering that calamities aren't a living thing it may not even reach Pucci due to MiH speed up before it's existence is just gone. It's actually the opposite match up which is pretty much most of the other main villains against WoU like Kira can plant sheer heart attack and leave considering it isn't going for Tooru but the highest heat signature makes it a huge counter to WoU which is probably why Kira had to not be against him in part 8, Dio can stop time and Tooru is gone as he isn't going for Tooru as during stop time no seconds have passed until it ends, Diavolo being the ignore bad luck man himself, Funny Valentine can just dupe himself and spawn kill himself on repeat. WoU is brokenly overpowered but certain abilities just off Tooru before it gets a chance to activate.
@@frogsterlicous7040WoU isn't tied to Toru though. It's a manifestation of Calamity itself that Toru just happens to direct. Calamity also exists in every universe, everywhere.. so even if Toru was killed, Calamity would still strike Pucci down even through the Universe Reset. (Also the argument about Kira being a counter to WoU is weird, considering Kira's intentions with the SHA would be to, in hopes of, attacking Toru by chance.. would still activate Calamity and target Kira)

I once was playing with Pucci (C-Moon) in the Joestar Mansion and when i was getting the Made in Heaven transformation SOMEBODY THROW ME A FUCKING CHAIR and i didn't get it
Canonically speaking if Pucci tried beat WoU with MiH, he'd probably trip on a rock and then have every muscle and bone in his body eviscerated instantly
That's why if I ever be the father from Stone ocean I will go to the stage of the plane thing to do it because this part of the sequence also is more cooler
