It’s rare we hear such an articulate and concise summation of Ange’s playing philosophy and style. It’s similar to muscle memory in a golfer. You perfect your style and don’t waver from it. He will never park the bus as it contradicts everything AP is trying to instil in the players. Give him time and Levy’s support and Spurs will be a threat to any team.

Brilliantly put by Jermaine, Ange sticks to his principles no matter what so his team can get to the end game faster. Look at Ten Hag at United, tried it early, got trounced by Brentford then shifted away from it and now a year and half on they've still not got a style of play. Short term pain for long term gain.

I'm glad Jermaine shares my view on Ange's playing style and why he doesn't waver with the style. It's all about the long term plan. If he decides to park the bus, then it just adds confusion to the squad. You play one way and you learn to do it well. I've seen his previous teams go down a man but they still manage to win and do it while still running circles around the opponent, and that's because they still have a clear game plan and don't have to shift down gears. Like what Bruce Lee said “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

Ange will sisign players that will go straight into his system in January and the team will be unstoppable

Completely changing the culture and son is contributing so incredibly as a veteran to all the youngsters. When you unbiasadly look at how he is managing this team it becomes so obvious that he is moving on a broad spectrum rather than game to game.

Ange has not even had a big amount of transfers come in yet, there will be more to come in January, he has done pretty well with what he has and got he best out of some players and improved the existing players which does improve depth over time. Compared to other top clubs Spurs does not have the amount of quality they do but they play very well as a squad so they are very competitive, when they get more transfers in the jan window and they have had time to settle Spurs will start to beat the top teams regularly. March next year they will have a better squad and better starting team and will be on another level.

The Spurs could have looked considerably worse so far and I'd still be very excited for what's to come. We're sitting 5th or something after losing Kane and completely changing to a very different game plan !!
