Had my 4 year old niece and 6 and 8 year old nephews draw pictures all over my arm and had them tattooed over they don't look great but they mean alot to me .

Don't make the mistake of thinking running is the best form of exercise... running is very damaging to the body unless you're as light as a feather and have been running all your life. If you want to get fit and lose a few pounds just find a mate who does body building and copy them. Or if you dont know anyone who has a good amount of muscle on their frame find a personal trainer, work with them for 5 sessions and them do the same routines on your own 3/4 times a week minimum. JAMES YOU CAN EAT WHAT YOU WANT BUT BUY A BLENDER AND PUT ALOAD OF GREENS IN, TWICE A DAY ITS PISS EASY.

Love it - I didn't have my first tattoo until I was 40 years old. Myself, and five childhood friends (since our first day at school) 'celebrated' our friendship with matching 'friendship' ink on our lower right leg. Two had already had tattoos, out of the already 'non-inked' I was the one who they thought couldn't cope with it. They were wrong, it was fine... although I often wonder whether the 'Chinese' symbol for 'friendship' doesn't really mean something on a Chinese menu.
