A functioning organisation will assist its members and be the joint between the government and workers. To develop a proper industry it's imortant to have specialist areas for the provision of feed, equipment, building the proper animal housing, pens, hutches, styes, paddock, cages, pond, hives and more. Proper sales outlets and marketing, cold storage, vetenary care. slaughtering areas and inspection area must for any successful commercial ventures. There are also the usage and disposal of waste products that can be used as feathers for pillows, decoration, leather and fur skins , bones and blood to make fertiliser. All good job creation and useful marketable by products. Get going with modernized farming techniques to become an industry instead of a subsistance wasteful non profitable failures
