I'm the guy who eat daily 3 times, Who is treated by his wife as the world's best man & hero. If i stay away from her for a day as if she feels lost everything. I travel whenever i wish wherever i want. I changes clothes whenever i needed. I always seek support from almighty Allah. I'm blessed by a 7 months daughter. I feel im always in blessings of Allah. I personally know this monk. We used to live in a same monastery for around 2 months. He is a very nice person. Buddhist monks are told to not to eat after 12pm unless he is sick and food is essentially needed. But the peace of mind also heavily depends on the place we live and fellow Monks of the Monastery. Not having a social media account is also effect for the peace of mind. After I deactivated my fb account, I personally experienced it. My mind is no longer polluted by politics, social media trends and other garbage
