Its actually kind of sad, if that kid was an adult with his skill he probaly would have won but he would have gotten scared or nervous versing max park! hes only 9
@@AsherCubing10 bro, I watched your most recent short, and… HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU SOLVE THAT SO QUICKLY. It would have taken me 2 weeks to even know what to do and then about 2 months to get it that quick. AND YOU’RE NINE. that’s insane. I’m 10 btw
im actually so jealous of Yiheng, he can already do under 5 second solves while im 9 years old and i only know begginer CFOP and i average like 40-45 seconds, Yiheng is such a legend
@@not_ant655you probably just started, well basically the same for me, im 12 and i started 5 or 6 months ago and im already sub 18, just keep practicing and you'll improve crazy fast!
@@not_ant655 thanks so much! i started cubing 3 months ago, and my dream is to be a proffesional speedcuber and teach other people on how to solve rubiks cubes, hopefully you also improve!
@@Kyungo_im not sad that a same aged kid as me is better than me at cubing, im just really wndering how yiheng is this good as a 9 year old, tbh i started cubing 3 months ago so i probably shouldnt be wondering
@@Kyungo_ dude the rubiks cube was made in like 1970, unless youre like really old (which i doubt since you got a roblox pfp) cubing did exist in your life and probably just wasnt interested
Max Park's technique is just speed speed and speed and also he's a lot older than that kid hence he could surely get a complex while solving for sure. Glad that he won
For Yiheng's age is impressive he almost beat max park and by the look of Yiheng's face he looks sad but second is still good for a 9 year-old he will have a such great future
I kinda feel bad for the kid, because being that young and being under that much pressure in a tournament like this must be tough, but Max Park is the goat so it is what it is
Yiheng out here solving Rubik's cube and being 1 and 2 best Rubik's cube solver in the world While I'm out here when I'm 9 trying to figure out why do we exist
In my opinion there should be an age limit on all of these types of competitions. The poor boy looks stressed, like his parents will be disappointed if he doesn’t win.
Though I'm not against Yiheng and that I truly think he did incredibly well, this just shows how important being consistent is in winning a competition.
Honestly yiheng is basically in his prime so when he gets older he will probably stop playing with Rubix cubes but he did amazing. On top of that, the other competitor must’ve practiced a lot to get this good so I respect him
Damn bruh bounce back young man incredible how he could go head to head with an adult at only 4 years old and only losing by .1 seconds or sum like that is crazy keep it up
Just saying though, I miss the time when Rubik's cube was just a hobby and competition were just like convention. Now everything is competitive and intense af
