Kudos to this brother right here. May you succeed in all your endeavors. He needs our support. He is a Gambian, and if he succeeds, Gambia succeeds. The government also needs to invest in him too. Please let's support our own. Our situation is just sad😢
@@jaseda Please don't hate your brother. Are you jealous of his success or did he rob you. ?? If he robbed you, he will not succeed. But you will gain much more yourself if you forgive him for any injustice he did to you. God is the greatest judge.
I'm very impressed with Mr. Jabbie. Is good that you are operating a food manufacturing plant this size and employed many Gambians. May you succeed to become a millionaire. DON'T give up or move your company to Senegal or anywhere else. Remember, many major brands and Companies in US, CANADA, EUROPE, ASIA, and AFRICA started small. Pass this down to your children and their children. In sha Allah you will see the fruits of your labor. Thank you Gino for your good work as well for digging out all these businesses hidden in the Gambia that we are not aware of.
100% true. Buy I believe one of the way forward is for this young generation to have hope in themselves, believe in their dreams, and dedicate 90% of their time, energy, resources and effort on their dreams. and never let anyone to shut it down, or take away their hopes for a better nation.
This is the more reason we should be sending our students for attachment to Senegal rather than Europe. There they can get inspired and motivated to start something similar home. Imagine sending 500 people to Senegal every year to get skills and knowledge of small industries Gambia would do better.
Not to be a downer on this guy but he had $100k to start a business in Senegal. That would be like €1 million in Europe. We could all start a business if we had that kind of money starting out.
Thumbs up Gano for creating awareness on Uni global’s existence. Mr.Jabbie appears to be a very inspiring and patriotic citizen therefore he deserves the whole country’s support. This is an amazingly impressive content, keep them coming✌️🙌👌
What an inspirational humble fella I don't know why this video came up but showed it to my wife as we also just started buying grains with the same plan as this fella
This is the only way we can develop the country and be fully independent. Our University is producing 1000s and they still can’t come up with such ideas, only disturbing us with grammar 😭😭😭😭
😂😂😂😂😂😂as funny as it sounds, it's a critical observation all over Africa.I think we need a shift of mindset.instead of following the traditional education system,we should change.after the basic education,we should head to higher learning institutions with a purpose and not with the hope of employment after
This is what we need to move the country. More factories means more jobs and it will have ripple effects. If the youths have good-paying jobs, the security situation will improve. When I go to a supermarket and see Made In The Gambia, I feel very proud and don't hesitate to purchase.
Excellent interview. Thank you for showcasing a production business in Gambia and discussing the obstacles of starting a food manufacturing business there. I would love to hear more from this business owner especially how he went about testing his product in Senegal.
In fact even with just raw materials Africa can be an economic hub... Coffee, tobacco, cotton, maize, legumes, fruits, fibre, minerals, oils from avocado, export goats to the middle east ...the potential is massive just from agricultural sector alone.
This is absolutely amazing by this Gambian broda. I really felt proud and loved to his ambition and tremendous opportunities he just wanted to bring to the entire country (Gambia). Thanks very much, Mr Jabbie ❤😊🎉. We support you throughout
Gambian company supporting Gambian is real, our first consignment of going big for 5000 layers we were stranded just after two months we couldn't able to feed our birds, that is when we approached Uniglobal for rescue.guess what,Mr jabby gave us 300 bags plus of feed to pay when birds start producing haven't seen or knowing us before.Alhamdullillah today we are also eggs and chicken.may Allah continues blessings you and your company
Gano! Well done! Can you ask him if he wants to start processing cassava flour too; it’s big business in the sub region now, and Gambians are exporting all our cassava to Senegal when we can process it in Gambia if someone has the machines Thanks in advance
One look at Bajara Jabbie and you can tell that he's just getting started. Africa must buy Africa to support and develop Africa. It take all of us to help each of us. European and Asian investment into Africa is welcome and instrumental but funds from such investments do not stay in Africa to develop Africa. We need more of indigenous African investment!. All the best Bajara Jabbie and every Africa making an effort and taking chances to develop Africa. 🌍 Sending peace and love 🇿🇲
Kudos to you Gano for this Inspiring and Informative Content. It's so interesting, I wished it could've been 1 hour.. And am so glad with the Brother for he's doing and his ambition for investment
This, and so many videos on this channel are simply fantastic! Love the inspiration, the perspective and the constructive positivity! Especially love those entrepreneurs who strive to uplift others along the way, not just for themselves to get rich!
With Gambians earning so much money, the infrastructure of the country need to be focused on. The roads and the garbage all over the country is not a good Iook. I am very proud of his success. #unity
very interesting and intelligent man. i wish he were in Liberia, as we are eyeing to assist Liberian entreprenuers with development resources. good luck to him.
My take, if government want to help local producers, any product manufactured in the country, Government should ban its importation. This will force the populace to consume the local products because options are limited.
Mr. Jabbie is spitting facts, May the Almighty help you in all your endeavours. As Gambians we must learn to support our fellow citizens. We must try our made in Gambia products. He is 100% sure of the quality of his products. Everything is well tested. The importation of cheeps and baby feed should be minimize to set the market for our citizens that are in the same business. And to Gano a job well done❤,You are doing an amazing job, more success ahead bro.
Gambians don't like there own and this's the problems why many don't invest in the Gambia😢.let support this man is a plenty of money he invested in this factory, pls Gambians is our own 13:40
Thanks to Nice Gambia for bringing in videos like this to us, I'm very much impressed, inspired and enlighten by the videos. I'm in fact gonna start investing in my home land 🇬🇲 our promise we renew!
Congratulations to this young businessman. He has the correct understanding and thinking to ensure prosperity of his business ventures. It also shows that he is religiously motivated and is aware of the welfare of his workers and customers. Most definitely he will be successful in all his enterprise. Assalam WA Alaikum to him and his workers and family. (From a retired businessman in the Caribbean)
Senegal is full of talent and brain. But the problems with gambians is that they dislike the Senegalese. They could learn and develop the gambia without going to Europe. They can just cross the border and learn from the Senegalese.
I never knew that such a factory exist in Gambia. The issue of land should not be a problem for a genuine citizen. The government need to help it's citizen. Don"t give up.we are proud of you
We need more from other Gambia who have the means but the government should just try and make the environment ready for investors who want to develop the country am stay in Dubai for 2yrs more seriously you will know that Gambia the speed the world is going the environment is making it harder for people to grow with the world
