This is a legitimate case of self-defense. They were on his property to do harm to himself and his family so he has every right to protect himself and his family.
Such case happened in US where a teenage mother was beaten by someone in a restaurant,the teenager shot the guy ,he and the mother were arrested but released immediately,is self defence
This is very sad. A country where we have a very weak justice system. This act is all accorded to self-defense, and for that matter, he isn't worth a death sentence
