What they call a "tyrant" leader was actually the one who made his group well known again and help his members to reunite after almost disbanding. A lot of people know that Kim Jong kook really has that attitude of pushing someone to its limits but it's for own good as well. He wants his close friends to be healthy and strong. He wants to have a comeback together with his team members so that turbo fans will get to see them perform again. It's not his fault that he was popular nowadays because he worked hard for it. He spent years and years in running man to have a name for himself because he wants to stay in the industry. If not for Kim Jong kook's efforts on reuniting the group, jungnam and Mikey won't be seen on tv again.

I feel Kim Jong Kook is the very loyal type. He's built his popularity after struggling. He had the chance to continue promoting solo after so many years but he helped his 2 previous members get back into the spotlight and continuing to try and do promos with them despite having his own busy solo schedule. Even if it's for entertainment, as the saying goes "don't bite the hand that feeds you". I understand their concerns because they feel left out and not a priority. Tbh...I think he was just loyal in returning for the sake of the fans and his members but he didn't have to do because he's doing just fine as a solo too. From how their complaints, he seems just like how he is on variety shows. Talkactive, bossy, a bit anal but caring, loyal, hard working and caring af.

actually i see this as just promotion for them. he also has that image in running man. i think and hope they're good friends so that should be okay. they must've talked to him before appearing in the show.

TBH; besides all the jokes etc... it's not really his fault that he's getting a lot of attention because he worked HARD for it especially in running man too. And I think he is working so hard as well to get Turbo back. It's kinda awkward to talk about someone when they aren't there... so it would of been better if he was there. I do understand them but it should of been a conversation between them three first then on aired.

coz we know the history why turbo break up.. i not blaming jong kook be strict.. coz if we see his career line after turbo breakup.. he was left alone in music industry and he survive in music industry alone more than 15year. so what should they expect from jong kook when after 22year they comeback as team again.. he might not used yet as a team .. coz he usually alone.. this is my perception about this.. if they complain about they part too short, just complain and ask the lyric writer to write more they part.. they cannot complain if people always cheering on jongkook coz people know him more coz he active in variety show and solos before they comeback.

It's not a concern that Kim Jong Kook is a "tyrant", since he's the one holding the group together, but it's a concern that they couldn't acknowledge his role as a leader and a CEO. You can't simply ignore the fact that Jong Kook is very popular, I mean more than half of the people here are watching because the channel used his pic as a thumbnail. Not to belittle their (important) part in the group as rappers, but popularity wise, there's a huge gap that needs to be filled. And it's not like he got his popularity because of his good looks (even though he is good-looking) but he really worked hard for it, I cannot think of any other celebrity who is more deserving of their popularity than he is.

nah~ just like one of the Host said, it wasn't Kim Jongkuk fault actually, its the production staff. Thats how hard it is, if the production staff only want certain person from a group, then thats it. Take for an example from KBS Happy Together when Wanna One come in, firstly they come as a whole team for the 15minute of the show, then later on left with the remaining member who wanted to join the big mouth club.

Well, actually I hate Jeongnam a lot after what he did to KJK. Kjk said at happy camp that Jeongnam left him alone after Turbo got really famous to become DJ at Club and have fun all day. KJK still on early 20s I think and he doesn't know what should he does after Turbo disbanded. Now KJK was a huge star and rich, Jeongnam depends on him since he getting old and poor. I'm shock after heard "Kjk paid all cost for Turbo's comeback". He really wants to help you get your shine again but now you stabbed him on national tv. Sorry. I cried when I know the story of Turbo from happy camp. How if I was in his shoes? I will die because of frustation made by my big brother.

I watched healing camp and was feeling very sad for KJK. I kind of find the 2 of them are making use of KJK for his popularity. He is in a different level from the other 2 because he stayed on in entertainment and has worked very hard for it. Seeing this makes me wonder if KJK should let them continue on as Turbo. He being alone and releasing his album solo would be better.

Watching this in 2018. Disappointed that they had to go do this though. 1st: Joongkook worked hard to build himself up after JN decided to just quit suddenly and spend his days dj-ing and live off of his saved up earnings; 2 - what one of the panel said is true "at this point in Joongkook's career he really doesn't need them anymore, but he wanted to HELP them in some way, so he FINANCED their comeback. They should be grateful. Just saying.

This is bad in any way you look at it. Bad for KJK because he cannot really defend himself, bad for the "rapper" and the "dancer" because they will definitely end up being criticized for coming to this show. A lot of people fan or not of KJK knows how hard he works (well maybe too much in some) but they could have really talked privately about it.

I love Jongkook, I really really do. And I know he has worked hard so much that he deserves everything he is receiving now. So I am partly sad that this has to happen. I mean, yes, since Jongkook is famous he appears more on shows, and the other members does not, so they don't like it that they are excluded on Turbo promotions, so they should compromise. They should talk as a group, anyway they're a group who has known each other for years. I'm sure it'll work out. And they should tell their management as well about their concerns.

If he didn't care about the members or the group he should've left already, but he didn't. Means he still wanted to continue with them. So that's why I'm really sad when they did this to him. Douâa Lemkhannate I think we should be thankful that Turbo even exists. Not only because of Jongkook, but also for the members to be willing to still be a part of Turbo. This is why sometimes we can't have nice things. Groups can have many internal conflicts. This is where I agree with Shin Dongyeop. If you have a problem in a group, you should address it with your group mates and talk it out nicely and hopefully everyone is understanding to each other. Seeing Jongkook in many variety shows over the many years, I do get the feeling that Jongkook seem to be more of the independent (often too independent), often controlling type of personality. He's not perfect. You can't completely depend on someone just because they have the most money and fame. If they all start to keep quiet and depend on KJK for everything, Turbo will surely fall apart very soon or else this one-man promotion thing (might as well perform "One Man", since only KJK is on the stage) will only keep happening. KJK might be most famous but they are all members of Turbo. They're only a group of three members and it would make a lot more sense if they were to promote as a group anyways, if they are to continue promoting as a group. If they don't even promote their songs as a group then idk why they're still a group...? And for Jongkook to make comments like wanting to disband Turbo just a bit, I found that to be pretty tactless, although I understand he's usually dry like that. I think the members are grateful enough. If they left the group then there would no longer be Turbo and that's that. If they do disband because of this then it will make all the members look bad. And regarding the program, the environment isn't a super serious one to begin with so I don't think it's too much of an issue for them to be talking about this. But I do think they should've talked about it among all the members of Turbo before they talked about it on TV. Or maybe they did.

Honestly when turbo fell apart, these 2 guys left Kim jung kook. He had to go through all the hardship to get to how he is today. He has fame and popularity. He doesn’t really need turbo as bad as these guys so it’s obvious that he has the ultimate power and is the decision maker. I can empathize their struggle but seriously, isn’t it a common problem among old idol groups who have made a comeback. There’s always one person in the group who gets all the attention. They should just accept the fact and use this as a motivation to become a better artist so that one day they can be on the stage with kook as equal and independent partners

If members can't have opinions, then the group should be better off disbanded, really. But that's not the attitude we want. If they rly came to this show and addressed this concern in a serious manner, then they'd be setting up self-destruction for Turbo which would be a really dumb thing to do, imo. I think the fact that they came on TV to talk about this issue is really the main issue for Turbo. Maybe this wasn't a good idea.

I've been watching running man since its start and Kookie has always been the very hard working one, you can see it, he's funny, charismatic and a strong leader, so if your pace doesn't match his you're going to have a tough time but if they were with him for over so many years, they should know best ^^

I feel bad for them but I still wanna say, without Jong Kook, their group will be unknown by people in this era. Besides Jong Kook, none of them are really famous in and out of Korea. And without him, the group wouldn't be together right now. I feel disappointed as they didn't think about it overhead. Edit : And I hope that they will work hard to gain people's favor. They need to stand out and show that they can do great in variety shows and host events without Jong Kook as there will be a time when they need to take care of themselves.

how ungrateful....I know this will look like bias on one side but Jongkook is very working very hard to promote his group and he is more familiar with variety show now.People also knew him around the world.This help them to make more profit.I knew koreans knew them but I don't think all the young korean know them.He helped young korean people know them.

KJK can easily make Turbo breakup or didnt make Turbo reunited again, but he is just so kind to them especially jungnam. He did it because he didnt want his bother suffering again about his financial. and for mikey, he said that he gave up his precious life for turbo is a bit make me disappointed... then why did he accept it from the start? he can reject it like what jiyong (ex-sechkies) to sechkies.... ah really its my first time disappointed on them. im about to writes essay to clarifying this problem, but nah... i want KJK come to hello counselor soon first. I hope he will be honest about this. everything. so audience / k-netz didnt turn their back / give no respect to KJK about it

Dell Delilah yup. I also got the same feeling. Jong kook is a well known artist that has a good heart so, this thing will not gonna make people think bad of him. They also talk freely about this issue during their appearance on happy together once. Like they said, production staff is the one who responsible to cast so, maybe this is one of the only program that allow both of them to appear together without jong kook.

For who that hate jong kook because of this video,then you should really watch healing camp and the other show about how jongkook go through when he was still in turbo...he really deserve the popularity,and he also works really hard.If he want to disband Turbo,he can just do it..it doesn't even influence his popularity.I even scared if KJK be too kind to them,then he might get betrayed.I think these two member was really ungrateful...KJK made this turbo comeback just to help them,but they still act like it's nothing lol.Really don't know what these two think about...

i'm so disappointed with mikey. he is talking like he is helping jong kook when he accepted to join turbo. when he talked that he gave up from his job at a huge company to join turbo it's just bullshit for me. jongkook just want to help your life, save your life. but you have a choice to reject to join turbo if you think your life is better with your job in a huge company. just like what your said.

To be honest, I feel like it's another problem with management. These are artists under a company whom have people regulate their schedules, even their radio and show appearances. KJK has a big name, but he doesn't always call the shots, he has too many things to do, so they leave it in the hands of people who sort their schedule. And if a program doesn't cast ALL of them, they can't change that. The part that makes me sad is that they keep pressing that 'they left behind their old lives for Turbo'. In the case of KJK, he doesn't have 'another life' to go to because exposing his name and his band is all he does. And it's all everyone latches onto. He seems willing to go to most places, and most places won't higher an entire band for an appearance, especially if there is one shining star in the band, so they just higher that one individual. I think they need to have a talk about this among THEMSELVES. And with their management. Because let's be real. We all know idols go onto variety shows to sometimes play, but to moreso get their name out there. Alot of popular idols do it for the sake of their band, and I doubt KJK is different. He can't help it that he's more popular. He's worked from the bottom to get where he is, he deserves his limelight.

Most of KJK hatters here saying anything without knowing what he has to going through after JungNam and Mickey left and the group got disbanded. He face money penalty alone and his ex boss from his previous management tried to threatened most songwriters for not giving him theirs songs. His solo carrer doesn't went smoothly at the beginning, almost give up even cha tae hyun told that KJK cried once when he went to drink with him.

Jeongnam is ungrateful towards KJK.. KJK worked hard himself all throughout the years being a solo artist after Jeongnam left Turbo.. He managed to be in the industry for long.. Even though they portray KJK image as tyrant, bossy etc, but those who really knows KJK and close to him even the Running Man members that he's a softie inside and he respects woman.. It's just his image because he's muscular. I can't respect Jeongnman after this episode.. Backstabbed and complaining here without KJK to defend himself. Anyway he's insignificant in the industry, just joining KJK's fame

Like what the hosts says, it's not Jong Kook's fault that the production team wants him to be on the show instead of them as a team. And the things about Jong Kook talking, he talks a lot on Running Man too, but it's not like the others do not have a chance to talk becuase of him, in fact, you don't even feel that he dominates the show. Even young and green members like Se Chan and So Min gets their chances to shine a lot. It's not really Jong Kook's fault that they don't know how to be entertaining on shows or that they aren't popular.

For me, it seems like they just went there to promote turbo. Turbo was really a big hit before but a lot of controversies due to management.. I couldn't understand why is it a concern in their point of view?? Tyrant is a bit harsh word to describe Jongkook oppa.. jeongnam was right that KJK oppa is way senior than him even though his older by age.. they both left music/entertainment industry. KJK wasn't that talkative before, he improved due to his co hosts and variety shows.. he said it himself that they can cut him while he is talking.. not his fault that they can't send the message that they wrote for him, if they gave up their previous career for a turbo comeback, it is KJK oppa expenses anyways hahaha, not his fault that he has prior scheduled shoots, if staff wants him/ not in the show, if he promotes turbo album alone, at least he promotes it as turbo album and not KJK album only.. Mikey seems to be really irritated that jeongnam is dependent on KJK oppa, not KJK oppa fault.. it looks like it is only Mikey'concern hahah I look at KJK oppa as a leader but not as a Tyrant (means controlling in a cruel way) he won 3 daesung awards in the same year.. I felt like I wrote a book hahahahha that needs to have the second sequel 😂😂

Jongkook used to be very shy.. bit he knows how harsh the entertainment field is.. u need to be versatile in alot of things. That jungnam i hated him so mch for leaving jong kook alone before. Imagine your hyung leave u to face so many hardships alone while u suffer the injustice alone being done by your agency and president being blackmailed stuff like that. Good thing his 2nd album became a hit even without the help of agency or any advertisments. Now everything he have today is because of his hardwork and talent alone. Jungnam and mikey was not there when he is facing those trials. So they should stfu qnd just be grateful.

He was a timid person before. He becomes talkative after he went to azlot of variety show, x-man, family outing and running man. KJK work really hard after KimJungNam left the group first and then the group got disbanded not long after Mickey joined. He was 20yrs old at that time, need to face some money penalty and one of his ex boss from his previous management threatened many songwriters for not giving theirs songs to KJK when he tried to be a solo singer. He suffered a lot and face it alone while JungNam dj-ing and busking using all old turbo songs.

Honestly, I don't understand why they're complaining. KJK worked hard to get where he is and let's be honest. If they each found fame and success in what they decided to pursue on their own after leaving Turbo, they wouldn't have come back to reunite as Turbo again right now. I have major respect for KJK for even reuniting with them in the first place but to pay for everything? That's crazy. To be very frank, I don't think either of them can call themselves "rappers", especially jeong nam. What worked in the 90s and early 2000s is not gonna work now. There are so many other skilled rappers that you cannot even compare to. If they came out as a duo, they wouldn't even be recognized to come out on variety shows.

Jong Kook is so loyal and kind to his friends. So I think for the other two members to be able to come on tv and talk about Jong Kook like this means that they're actually pretty close. Jong Kook probably didn't take what they said the wrong way. Even though Turbo is a good group. I do hope Jong Kook go back to be a solo. I love his solo songs so much.

Yea I really want to see KJK be some agency head like JYP. He's an all round entertainer now, I'm glad he got to know lots of good people. Honestly, the reason why Turbo is relatively known today is because of KJK. While these two fled for easier lives back then, KJK perservered and that’s why KJK is this popular today. While facing friction with Turbo’s ex abusive company, KJK stayed in the industry despite how their ex-boss pulled strings to not allow KJK to have a comeback (their ex boss pulled strings and stopped almost all songwriters from giving song demos for KJK). Aside from the company issues and struggles, KJK LITERALLY build his popularity at the expense of his health. Running Man assigned the image of Mr Capable to KJK, and KJK performed his image thoroughly, even when he has back issues and knee pains. A decade of Running Man filmings, 525 episodes of KJK running, sprinting, exerting force just to live up to the image assigned to him. Countless surgeries that KJK had to go through in order to get to where he is, and stay at his populrity today. KJK is well off being solo but he chose to bring back Turbo. KJK is getting paid well by being in RM, Little Old Boy, ICSYV, solo concerts, solo albums. If they’re upset about their line distribution and attention, take up variety shows and build their own fame lmao. This is really bad for kjk. The words used are a bit harsh to describe him. The most negative thought I got tk describe these guys is that they want to create a problem so that they could get a lil bit of extra money. Look at them dressing and hair styling and coloring. Especially mikey. It's a little bit off from their daily life as an ex idol. Without kjk people won't even know them right now. I agree that while they are grateful, they had their own sacrifice, but now that they are in the group, as KJK had told and taught them, they should learn to just cut KJK naturally. Even KJK needs to learn how to versed in all those activities before he became skillful in entertainment industry. They should learn themseleves and not always depend on KJK. I felt both is dependant on him esp JN. You can ask other wise person for advices too besides KJK like even YJS. KJK is not really tyrant, if you explained clearly to him, he would try to understand you. KJK while can be harsh at times, he is not unreasonable guy. I think most of all, they need to work on their communication. I know they felt pressured and intimidated because of KJK fame, but they need to really speak up if they think it's important. Not back out and blaming KJK on his hard-earned attention.. KJK worked hard for a long time and those attention were result of his success. So instead of waiting for KJK to slow down, they themselves should be able to run themselves and pick up on any entertainment skills, not feeling angry or blaming KJK when things do not work out.

All jokes aside they're really ungrateful. Keep in mind, Jongkook had stated that he sustained back injuries while being in TURBO. He completely burst one of his spinal discs, got surgery and still had to perform. I understand where Mikey and Jung-nam are coming from, for Christ sake Jongkook has gone through the most and still powers through. The least they could have done was show him more respect. And the fact they told him they were going on Hello Counselor but didn't let him know it was about him was just shady. They literally made him seem like a bad guy to all of South Korea smh

ahh if we remove their celebrity status, it's like how I once was with one of my "best friends". She was a very commanding person with a lot of charisma. I was a quiet person. Obviously, I had my own ideas; but with the way she talks and direct the conversation; i couldn't cut her and tell mine. I didn't have the courage to cut in. I'm a person who listens, then talk when they're finished. But she never stopped talking, and everything ends up the same. I couldn't speak up. If turbo's case is like this, then I would understand a little bit more. I hope putting this on broadcast was the last resort because there are so many other ways to resolve this :'(

Like the saying goes the truth hurts, they should be really grateful that they are part of turbo. Honestly everyone can see that they are in turbo because of JK. Let say JK isnt famous like he is now, i dont think they want to be in the group lol. If you arent satisfied, you always got a choice to leave. But again, everyone knows they wouldnt leave because that's their livelihood. It's ok to voice your feelings but know your place first. Turbo wouldnt be forever afterall. They should find another channel to make money or establish themselves instead of relying on JK.

I don't feel sorry for them one bit. All of their popularity is because of Jong Kook yet they want more from him. If it wasn't for Jongkook, Mikey would still be in the US and Jungnam in his bedroom playing games still. You need to work hard for yourself. I think they should be more grateful towards kjk, and calling him a tyrant is just for viewers. But if you look at it from their perspective I think they have so much potential and I wished they had more part in their songs (especially mikey), because they are really talented. I really loved the Mikey's rapping part when they performed with the vocalist for FT Island at fantastic duo 2, it was the best part of the songs for me. (Sorry for misspellings)
