He's all that looks like a good movie but I feel like Addison Rae could use better acting. Everyone else seemed to know how to act in the role, because they've done it for so long. But I don't think Addison Rae should have starred in the film as the lead role. That would have been better if they had like Dove Cameron instead. She would have been perfect for the role.

@@DisneyCruiseShip Difference is, this is Addison’s first acting role, voice acting not included, she doesn’t really have any consistent, formal training. She paid to take a few classes beforehand to landing this role. She had the commitment but the talent wasn’t there, unfortunately. Not everyone is a born actor! On the other hand, Rachael Leigh Cook had some experience under her belt at the time, despite not having taken any acting classes previously. But she had starred in several movies before. She even nailed her first audition at 14! She first started out from a modeling career and was sent by her agency to star in a short film. She auditioned for She’s All That after doing a few indie films and that’s when she got her first big break. She’s just a naturally stunning starlet and all-around lovely human being. It takes more than mere clout and a massive social media following to be a great actor/actress. I believe she really wanted the role because of her love for the original movie. But, sadly she just wasn’t a good fit. But, as they say.. money talks! And she was able to attract the attention from her ridiculous Tik Tok following. Hence, bringing in more bacon. Not necessarily fans of the original lol.

Yeah it might even be a little bit of the writing or something because the way they saying they lines looks kind a off. And I’m sure one of them is from an old Disney movie that I forgot the name to (the one with the curly hair). It was movie with the rock about football and babysitting his daughter.

@@luckycat6665 my point wasn't about having flip phones at all, it's about having plots beyond the realms of social media. It's really sad if some teens are just obsessed with followers and likes, and making even more shows based on that is just not creative. There are so many other amazing plots teen shows could have other than revolving around their phones all the time. Outerbanks for example is an example of a teen show now where it's not about followers and likes for a change but friends hanging out.
