I personally like using Raiden and Ayato together because of the electro-charged

I have Ayato ever since he came out and i can't even imagine my team without him. His ult is great at implying hydro and with Nahidas and Raidens E it's a dream come true. His E just attacks forever and with a good battery like Raiden the time where you have to wait for E's cooldown you can just reapply his ult and wait a second top and his E is back up. All this at C0 ^^

I ve been playing Ayato since his release. Ayato, Rayden, Nahida and Zhongli is my everyday team, so comfortable. But now i got his c-1 and Jean's C-2, so i am exploring the hypercarry team, Ayato, Jean, Benet and Yunjin.

How is your Ayato so far. Did you get him or unlucky? EDIT: Ayato ascends with Crit Damage!

Eversince I got Ayato and completed my Hyperbloom team, I pretty much steamroll everything coming at me. The Nahida-Yelan/Fischl - Shinobu - Ayato team with Ayato as the Hydro applier and main DPS, it slays, like insanely fast. Hyperbloom damage is really stable and constant, blasts lots of dendro cores in no time in anyone's face... It's actually kinda scary at times, but thanks to this team comp, the game has become actually a bit easy even. Well, this compared to when my strongest character and main DPS was Keqing and the aggravate team I had was very inconsistent in its damage output

I love using ayato I benched him for a LONG while and picked him up again while benching childe at the same time (i no have kauzha and sucrose difficult). a team that i use for ayato is raiden ayato albedo zhongli but ofc u can run this team which does bloom type reactions ayato traveler collei and zhongli or another shielder it isn't f2p friendly but by now with zhongli getting 3+ reruns i would assume you would have pulled 1 copy of him

I have been using ayato since his last rerun in 3.3. He is a beast, my team comp is Ayato, raiden, nahida, zhongli/xinqiu(zhongli is better for survival, xinqiu for better dmg). I have already crowned his E and Q and he does up to 18k xE. The main set i use on him is gladiator, personally I think it's the best option. I use haran on him, my overall stats are 71% crit rate, 216% crit dmg, 2100 atk

I've mained Ayato ever since I got him in his first banner, the last banner I pulled for his weapon. The banner gave me engulfing lightning and the ER celestial sword, IN THE SAME TEN PULL. I'm f2p and any 5 star is welcomed but damn I was kinda dissapointed and sad that my boy couldn't get a big upgrade like I wanted. I currently run him with an R5 Harbinger of dawn wich is obviusly not the best choice but a lot of time ago when I started played him it was the best I could do and it carried me too much! Specially with my Kokomi, this sword works perfectly well if you run a decent healer so he doesn't lose Crit. Rate. I'm planning on changing to Amenoma Kageuchi as soon as I get better artifacts :D

yeah, Ayato is such underrated char, he was my first 5 star char and still my favrite character. Together with his little sister, i need no one else to kill wathever is put in front of me 🙂 (exept for the spiral abyss ofc)

Tbh I actually can’t use the jade cutter rn. It has a lot of crit and higher base than my r5 black sword… but with my stats and the same crit damage between the 2 my black sword wins out. Though I can only get away with that because I still have almost 80 crit rate with it vs almost 100 crit rate with jade… if you can balance the crit the passive on black sword becomes really broken.

I made the mistake of focusing on his hp. Eventually I realized I need more atk and er. Finally got his atk to 2,110 and his hp to 23k. Still need more er and crit though. I use him with bennett, xiangling and kazuha. Sometimes I use him with raiden.

Shimenawa is good, his burst still comes up on time but most of the time I'm content just hitting E

As a beggar to RNG god, I have to use Hp% Sand because of its perfect sub-stats. Farming a perfect 4 pcs sets is hard. I also cant swap out other pieces as they are all good so i digress. I use Echo set btw.

I hse him on freeze team, i feel more comfortable with it. Kazuha, ganyu, diona. But i have his hyper team too (yunjin, kazuha, Bennett)

My ayato is triple crowned, haran, and echoes. The most dmg I've seen him without any buff is 23k, the average is between 12-16k. I don't normally run him with any booster such as bennett or yun jin as he already does enough dmg for me. But I do have zhongli tho.

I have mistspliyter and blackwood but dk which to use both no refinements thing is I currently run mistplitter on kayea is it a major loss if he's using black sword instead?

i had ayato since his release, and one pet peeve of mine is that resistance to interruption is hard to gauge, but it seems raiden’s interruption resistance is extremely high. this isn’t a hard definitive stat, so if it’s simply a trait/passive that characters have, why don’t characters just have a standard “interruption resistance” -_-? why do some characters get better interruption resistance than others, but it is simply not a stat we can buff. i notice this also with cyno, who’s supposed to have interruption resistance in his burst but i barely feel it exists, where i absolutely feel it with raiden.

What’s better tho in the end 4p glad or 4p heart or 2p 2p?

(my rotation is: ayato burst >>> Nahida E and Q >>> Kazuha E >>> bennett E and Q >>> Kazuha Ult And E again from sac sword >>> Ayato E and Normal Attack)

Do you think my crit ratio is alright? 60 crit rate and 270+ crit damage do you think I need more crit rate or this is already good?

my ayato’s skill talent is at lvl 9, and the weapon i have for him is the black sword, with 2 pc gladiator, 2 heart of depths and the crit rate/dmg is: 75.3% = 204.7%. Is there anything I should improve? with electro charge at most, he could do is 8k. i want him to do more damage, any tips?

Unless giga buffing him with bennet and normal attack bonuses, his personal raw damage is kinda subpar He exchanged sheer damage for amazing hydro application. 90% uptime on a 18 second AOE burst is crazy

My boy Aether + Nilou + Nahida + Ayato is my personal seiyuu joke team comp from Honkai Impact casts (at least if the Aether being Captain of Hyperion) Although with the team deals instant damages, the bountiful cores also causes this team comp dies instantly of bountiful cringes, thus I highly recommend this bombastic build comp

I am Ayato main, and his resistance to interruption is actually really fine. Not Raiden fine but serviceable. His DPS window is short... and also his slashes have a really long reach, horizontally and vertically...so you can keep distance and position him better. not like real melee characters like Cyno. yall you're sleeping on Ayato if you think he is mid. His damage is fine but as a driver, he is almost perfect. My only problem with him is that he does need ER and that means if you min max his offensive stats, you can find him energy hungry. For me he is best played in Bennett, Kazuha, Raiden comp or national. But Raiden helps with ER and then you can play Kazuha with EM weapon and unlike with XL where ER management is much more important. He is fine in Taser but sucrose taser is better.

my ayato has these stats but hits around 7k-9k only atk- 2500 hp- 25000 crit rate- 62% crit dmg- 197.7% hydro dmg bonus- 40% (due to haran) any tip to upgrade him

Ayato scale with crit DMG, not crit rate! its a shoddy video. CCC...nevertheless I too use crit DMG headpiece because I use a crit weapon. but crit rate for him is more valuable in artefact stats. It's better to crit more than crit a higher number every 5 slashes. But if you don't have a crit rate weapon go for a crit-rate circlet. He gets almost 40 crit dmg level 90, and if you invest some resin in him it will show. gladiator finale is great for him, and while you farm other stuff you can strong box HoD which gives him more Hydro dmg and his burst is then better.
