Charles Fold!!! Lord Have Mercy!!! This used to be my choir. They used to come to Indiana and wear us OUT!!!! I remember Ms. Rosetta and I am so glad to hear that she is still giving Him glory.
I have this VHS and it is a fantastic piece to have....See them at their best.....Jeffrey LaValley, Rosetta....and many more....The children can flat sang......Charles was on and that had a time in the Lord. Thanks for the memories....
It is diffinately the Charles Fold singers. I was there when this was recorded. Yes, it's Ron Logan. I was also at their last recording session this year. The first since Charles passed.
I love the CFS, America's Biggest little choir. "Take It To Jesus", "Count Me", "If Jesus Had To Pray", just a few of my favs... How is the blind lady that used to sing with them, I think her name was Rosetta???
I'm not sure when the new CD will be out. They have a contact number on all their CD's, but I only have the internet at work. Don't have it with me. It was recorded this year, so it should be out in 2010.
Leading this song this month and trying to make sure the words are accurate. First line, what is she saying after Born in a manger _____? Is it Born in a manger "low"?
I had a hard time getting the words but managed to get some acceptable words by getting several people (Donna Grant Anderson & Janie Banks) to work on it.
