Jay Park is an icon! He used to be the leader of the 2nd Gen KPOP group, 2PM. He was the IT Guy during that time frame, and helping to establish 2PM as the "beastly idols". He left in 09 due to controversial comments he made on his myspace when he was a trainee still adjusting to Korea from the USA (honestly pretty mild, but Netizens did not take kindly to it at the time). This lead to him going on a hiatus, and then eventually leaving of the group and company. He made a spell on RU-vid for a little while hanging out with the likes of Ryan Higa and Wongfu Productions. He went viral for doing a cover of B.O.B's Nothing on You. After that viral video, he came back to Korea under Sidus HQ, one of the larger labels at the time, and then slowly made his way back into the Korean spotlight. Eventually he would leave and establish his own hiphop labels with the help of Dok2 and Simon D; those would eventually become AOMG and H1GHER Music as we know today. Currently he's got a 3rd label hes created called More Vision where instead of HipHop, he is training an idol group, and giving another try at his idol roots.
