Base Vegeta level 3 is actually tricky to punish. It basically protects Vegeta from any projectile, including level 3s. And you recover fairly quickly after it disappears.

9:01 you actually can, all you had to do is use the EX or the medium version (you can only get the medium one after a smash attack or his autocombo) use his grab, and then use the light/EX version again (i think)

You can do vegeta’s knee drop twice if you do ex knee, 214s, and than do it again
