I do believe the El Claptain is one of the rare streamers that do not cheat. I do think, however, that they should be required to show a view of their screens and system as they are playing . Something a camera behind them showing their screens. No way you can question them then, I see a lot of them who show their faces as they play and you see them look off screen a lot as if checking another monitor or something maybe it is them checking their chat but if they have nothing to hide then should not be a problem actually showing them playing.
