I think someone scammed him and he figured that there's a lot of scammers in adopt me and all his hard work will be paid off with nothing but just getting stuff stolen and he wanted others to feel how he felt when he gets scammed. This is important please don't do it will increase the amount of scammers and because of that many people are getting scammed each day.

My theory:After Angel stopped seeing him he went off on his own to try to grind ,but kept getting scammed and then became a scammer because he started to get greedy for pets over time and wanted begginers to know what it feels like to be scammed and not get the thing you want.
