dog got nerfed. to name a few of them 939 now: -starts making breathing noises when you are holding down the crouch button and gradually gets louder until it is at max volume after 10 seconds. -no longer prevents healing or reloading when someone is in their amnestic cloud. -divides it's claw AoE damage among targets with the main target still receiving full damage. so that means dog used to be able to deal full damage to any amount of targets withing the AoE of its claw attack. but now you can't spawn kill an entire chaos wave in the elevator lol. there were more nerfs and also some buffs but not a lot. also another thing about the hat, dog used to not be able to kill anyone using the hat but now he can kill hat users so i guess that is up for you to decide if it's a buff or a nerf for 939 against 268.
eh not sure i kind of stick to banana’s bungalow but i did play on another server before called blundell and grumpy’s foundation which seemed a lot more casual so you could give that a try but i think you’d be better off looking up some guide/tutorial video’s since those helped me a lot getting started
