Trapped in a dream of an intact Krypton, Superman lives an idyllic life. They must break him free, but this is not First Time Superman met Mongul, and Batman knows the Backstory.
During an expedition Superman and Martianmanhunter are swept away to War World, a place of unending brutal gladiatorial combat. While the Planet Warworld is ruled by Mongul, a cunning strategist, Superman and John must somehow unite other inhabitants to form an unbeatable resistance and lead an entire planet to freedom. That is when Mongu;'s Plan for Revenge Began.
