I hope you see this but from now on all the videos you do can it be the full videos as in if there’s 5 seasons you put them all in 1 video because I like how you recap it it’s just it’s to short and thank you for this video to be long 😊
Later in the story, Mukoda managed to secure the lost diary of the first hero. The first hero was also a Japanese just like him and was summoned to that world in 2016 (2 years before Mukoda's turn). Just like Mukoda, he noticed that the kingdom that summoned him could not be trusted and from there, he decided to explore the world by himself. In his diary, the first hero also mentioned that the bystanders who got dragged to the otherworld would usually receive unusual skills that looked lame at first glance but in reality would be much more OP than what the normal heroes would get. Unlike the other heroes, the first hero received the skill to master any magic he encountered.
Ridzki, the first hero also knew the one who summoned him didn’t seem like the trustable kind, so he became a wanderer, wanting to learn more. In time, as a sage, he got experience and knowledge that made him a sage. What soured his story to Mukohda was that he managed to get three wives to Mukohda’s zero. All Mukohda had were three familiars, two bought families to help manage things in Karolina, and a bought group of adventurers to protect everyone. Nothing in the romantic world, and he knew with everyone else’s keen senses, he couldn’t sneak out to the “red district” to scratch that itch. Even with a 1500-year lifespan thanks to Demiurge, without someone to share his feelings romantically with, things looked sad. He didn’t have to worry about money, but now Mukohda’s wanting to work on his “Quality of Life” in this new world. Because also the Gods and Goddesses are watching him…..
I'm starting to see a pattern with some Isakai now... instead of teens being taken to another world... it's middle aged adults who get seemingly weak skills/powers but are really broken and powerful.
Maybe but this one is different from them and I like the uniqueness instead of overpowered skill but to our mc here is cooking skill is he's great asset and with that he lured the legendary beast to be tamed by he's great cooking. I also love how they used real products.
I'm actually shocked that no one saw this skill for what it was right away. Online grocery... first thing i through of was... does that mean he can order supplies anywhere? in dungeons? deserts, on ships? Combined with someone who can create water... (if he doesn't just buy the stuff), and you have the entire supply network for an ARMY in 1 person. Placed with a fast moving squad, horse bowmen and lancers, they could operate indefinitely behind enemy lines, without needing to forage for food or resupply. Even without his own cooking skill, retort pouches, and small cook stoves. While this may not be common in america, the small camp stove he has, is used in a lot of japanese homes, and the fuel cans for them are like 1 dollar each. so summoning retort meals that just need to be boiled, then can be eaten right out of the pouch... rice, soups, stews, fish, etc (actually japans gotten so big on the use of these pouches they have "retort toasters" where you drop the bag in like a slice of bread, push down on the toaster lever, and it warms up the pouch to eat.)
In truth this is one of the most underrated, OP skills out there, Ingnore fel and co... ignore the gods... the power itself... The fact that no one thought of the implications at all, not even the other summons. So having access to an online "shopping option". Does that mean he can order anything he wants anytime, anywhere? In dungeons? at sea? in a labyrinth? Well that's supplies for not just a party, but an entire army if needed, ships would NEVER need to worry about water or fresh food. Ground units would never need to worry about foraging. Next would be what kind of food? He does fresh food and some premade stuff, but japanese are big on retort pouches too... mixing canned and retort cooking and armies could just be handed out 1 pouch of rice, 1 main dish, 1 bottle water, and some desert... all they have to do is boil the pouches and eat... Armies call that MRE's right now. But what else can be bought? What else do most grocery stores have? how about medicine? Aspirin, basic anti-biotics, cold and flue medicine?. Bandages, disinfectants? well now we are talking emergency supplies. Batteries, flashlights, camras? the options really are there for someone to be SO useful in a support roll beyond what normal magic could do.
Mc could be a one man monopoly for a world class merchant company. Or help a empire rule the world with unlimited war supplies all that war gold would be put to great use. Without that nasty side effect of raising food prices because of war.
We do see a little bit of that in the show, it's as overpowered as you as you think it is. They've only scratche4d the surface of that potential though.
@@thomascraiker6449 yep. it actually shows how much of an idiot the king, and other adventurers were. Amateurs think strategy, Generals think logistics. Every great military general, every great military campaign was about logistics. Wars are won or lost by logistics. You could win every battle but still lose the war. The MC was right about this king. He had no concept of logistics.
Dude has the most OP Isekai powers I have ever seen…this was a GREAT series about eating and camping out with your OP familiars! I can not wait for season 2! 🙌🏾
I hope our hero gets over his constant fear and stops being such a twat. I am eager for season 2. If anyone is interested “farming life in another world” is another one similar to this.
Theres something that bothers me with the logic in situations like this. Why would no one think to test the "useless" skill? In the real world online grocery as a skill would be met with absolute wonder and human greed to be honest. No way would I personally ever look down upon a human amazon.
I think no on in this world knew what "online" means.... The 3 summond with him, they where so used to "midieval games", so they thought: "There's no way that an online supermarket exists in this world!" ....... And who would have thought that good cooking skills would get you "gourmet" familiars ???
@@PurpleSunset82 I literally and fully explained why they should have known better. There can only be one possible logical conclusion to hearing that skill. That is to test it out. People of sound mind would never behave this way, especially people from your own world. I refuse any other conclusion you or anyone else will make about this story. Its bad writing.
@@mattryan7124 oh ok, I haven't really watched the anime because of cruchyroll putting their stuff behind a paywall now. this is how I keep up with animes now and its more or less good enough
if i recall correctly the whole demon king danger was not even the truth, the king of that nation intended the so called hero's to become War generals that could not disobey their orders, and the demon king was merely a different race of that world that had its own country, meanwhile our mc with the specialty of grocery store, can litterally acces a store anywhere he likes from his own world and Buy items from it with money of the current world, whats even better is that any food he buy's with his skill has a Boost effect on the world inhabitants of that world, meaning he was a Rare Buffing class that can buff others to be stronger by just providing Rations trough his skill.....anyway he ends up meeting Fenrir one of the most feared Monsters of the world, who smells his cooking and decides to make this man his Contracted owner, (tho its more like the human was taken in as a pet at first but fenrir ends up truly accepting mc as its owner and master), thus our mc suddenly became a Strong Beast master with one of the strongest beasts to exist....... yea meanwhile the fenrir explains mc about how he got that strong and that it was all thanks to the gods, on one ocasion the gods find out about his grocery store system, and start demanding him for sweetsand otehr stuff and in return gave him Minor blessings of elements making mc stronger and able to do more then just use a store......in the end he ends up with more then 6 different god blessings, of wich 3 are elemental, and 3 are conceptual (war, combat, smithing if im not mistaken)
I followed Tondemo through manga then later the light novels. A very chill series that centers on delicious food! The volumes are now till 12 in English and I wish that it gets a Season 2. Spoiler: In the later stories, his skill levels up more, making it interesting and there is even more dungeon crawling and he gets a new familiar too!
Spoiler: Two gods join in before the God of All Creation has to straighten them all out (and Mukohda gives him offerings since he can keep the others in line). The Guild Rumor Mill later has it said "If Mukohda is headed yorr way, not only can he help with quests but you'd better have a BIG BUDGET--he has loads of drops and monsters needing butchering, meaning a big payday if you put your money towards buying what he has (the Brixt Guildmaster has the deepest pockets for this).
Honestly I'm kind of enjoying the idea that somewhere back on Earth, various shop keepers are finding silver and gold coins in their cash registers with only minor items missing in return. Its like somebody breaking into your store, grabbing some fruit pies, and leaving $1000 in return
Later on, Fel and a yet-to-be-introduced familiar get into a discussion about this. And yup - it's all about the food. From their perspective, they'll live for a thousand+ years. Things get boring after a while. And being a familiar for a few decades with a human who makes great food is a great way to keep things interesting.
I like the narration how you had not rushed for completion, natural pace, good points of the story...appreciate the hard work, eagerly waiting for next upload 😊
He needs to meet the creation God, and I hope the creation God also wants to support him, cause he needs to be made immortal otherwise Fel and Suu are going to have a terrible time after he naturally passes.
oh boi spoiler. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . well he will meet him eventually, he will use the creator god as a shield againts the onslaught of the other gods, pressuring him to send them his "offerings". . . oh yeah, with the creator god's blessing, his lifeapan is approx. 1.5k years
That ability is actually kinda OP if someone know how to use it because remember inside any RPG food can give boost in stat and ability but if someone do it correctly it can boost on EXP boost, gold boost, durability or stat just by using the food so you could upgrade your character faster than the normal player could do More boost faster fat
Has anybody heard of an isekai where the parents of a summoned kid gets mad their kid got kidnapped, finds a way to that same world and becomes OP on their way to rescue their son and/or daughter? Most isekais skip over the ramifications of kids (sometimes whole classrooms) getting kidnapped and how that affects their home world, and I'd love to see one where at least one parent gets revenge and puts the smack down on the summoners.
There is the one where mothers get themselves and their kids summoned so they can bond. Still have to wonder how much real time passes because short enough ones will never be noticed.😅
This was one of the top 3 best anime of the 2023 winter to spring season. I give the honorary top spot to Tomo-Chan is a Girl because it was a one season series and it was great. But this anime, as well as HiCard as the top three (personal Pref).
Weird that they shunned the man who could supply them with food, since "armies march on their stomachs" as they say. Also, when he was in town, did nobody smell what he was making, especially when he was frying a bunch of food?
This was a good anime, and what made him OP really wasn't the wolf it was the fact he had a cheat i******* menu he could just pick from, and gave him stat boost.
The summoning of the heroes gave off weird, mind control-ish, vibes with how the other heroes reacted vs how Mukoda reacted. Seeing the scene in the recap made be go back and look and Mukoda is the only one who doesn't get served a drink which makes me even more suspicious.
Mukohda got the vibes the Kingdom was up to something shady, and he might need to beat feet quickly. Fortunately, he was out of there when he found what his "useless skill" could actually do, and realized he could have been forced into using that skill for servitude of the Kingdom.
Having been reading the light novels, I can confirm. royals are up to shady shit, and your vibes have a basis. Still, nothing to do with MC. Didn't realize they had made it an anime. cool.
Yeah. getting Fel to kill lots of enemies isn't really the issue. stopping him and getting him to let Mukoda take a week off, on the other hand... Poor dude just wants a peaceful life, but ends up with a party of familiar that are battle junkies.
💖Already watched this as released with subtitles & Loved every second! I just have to wait for the English dub to finish updating to watch all over again! Then wait for the next Season to release!!!🥰
This anime was a Bang, it really surprised me and has the cutest beasts on a contract. Now, forget the heroes xD you will only see them once again in passing 😂. Totally recommended. One of the most solid animes of the season.
Thanks for this recap of 2 hours took me over 24 hours to watch but it was fun to do bc then there is time inbetwin and bc of it was 12 episodes in 2 hours it is oké that it is that long. ❤❤❤️
Why you hate them they dint even do something to much on him it good becuz he fell uncomfortable with them so he just solo and that how he meet fennir if he go with them surely he just gonna carry all there good and equipment and he wouldn't meet fennir and slime
6/10 relatively unique, I have no issues with the story. It is a nice time all around. That said, if an episode is 20 minutes, 20x12=240 minutes, so you save about 2 hours watching this. 6 months later, i remember this story. He makes food for the Fenrir, just a guy shocking everyone with the items he sells and his cooking.
Ik exactly what this anime is, I knew I had seen it before, I didn’t think of it first until now, but this is the anime, “ Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill!”
Man thanks to this recap I decided to watched... I did it in a single night. Man, I like how this anime combines 2 mainstream of the anime industry of nowadays: 1. Isekai & 2. Food-related anime. I couldn't avoid to feel hunger on every single time they showed the food. Other things I like from this anime: A. It doesn't fall on the typical "hero with a harem", how they manage the goddesses is funny. B. They are doing a Hero's Journey with Mukoda (being push by Fel on fighting and learning). C. I like how they don't fall in the typical cycling of an episode.... Yes, they are killing-processing-cooking-eating on the episodes but at least everytime it leads them to a different situation. D. Sui. She is so cute, plus it generates an excellent source of comic release with Fel being jealous to her, Fel using her to make Mukoda fight and for cute moment, like with the "Uncle Fel".
If you read the manga his skill actually leveled up and opened up two option for him to pick, so the probability of a adding gun store in his online shop could happen in the future
Idk why but I was really happy watching this Anime, likeable mc, likeable sidechars, No cliche Overpowered Isekai (apart of Fel) and yeah, had a pretty good time and hunger
Later in the light novels he does learn how to butcher creatures. However, the stronger the creature the more cautious one must be in butchering it, so as to not ruin the hide, organs and meat. He does learn a few tips and begins butchering whenever he has the time. (Not sure which volume though as it has been a while).
